I bought a used KTM dirt bike from the owner, Alex. I drove 2 hours to get it, and Alex was nice enough to meet me at his shop at 9PM! He also stuck around until 11PM while I pondered if buying it was the right decision. A couple days after the sale, Alex followed up with me to make sure I was happy with the bike, and also checked in a few more times after that. He and his mechanic even helped me with tuning the carb over the phone. That's good customer service right there! I've been riding the bike for a few months now with no problems, and I love it!

SAVE your money!!! The old saying "you get what you paid for!!" We purchased a brand new Cheetah 8. It is more like a garage decoration. You can't ride it for more then 15 minutes without it breaking down. We have had it for about 2 months ( 8 weeks) of which it was in their shop being repaired for 3 weeks of that. We have already been through 4 belts. Riding on flat land!!! Our son is so upset that this is the one he chose. The sales personnel are very nice, but I would not purchase such junk ever again.

They had my part very experienced crew, installed it.. great working now Later that day went to Amazon found exact part for under 20.00 I paid 80.00 at this store thinking I was getting a deal not going back ever He says bring the part back for refund , I already installed not going to uninstall, hello? Never again Amazing Mark up for him I'm sure his cost was 10. Bucks

Future customer!!! I went in today and people were friendly as hell. My daughter is in between bikes and we were able to get her sized on a bike to grow into. They also sell full sized bikes for taller adults too This place was honest with really no BS to sugar coat the product. I love the prices the product and the comments on the reviews. Don't be sensitive and go into a bike shop.... Some advise for ya!

This place never answers the phone!!! So annoying!! What are you so afraid of!? I've now purchased my 2nd ATV from Motorsports and have had a good experience both times. The Coolster brand is really pretty good in my experience. I was skeptical, but after running it for 3 years it held up pretty well. I just upgraded from the 125cc to the 150cc ATV for my 11 year old son and it ran all weekend like a top. Thanks for a good experience guys!

Great bikes for a great price. I have bought 2 quads and 1 dirt bike from him for my kids. We’ve had no problems. Once my son fell and bent his forks and the factory didn’t have them so he took one off of his bikes for us. Great customer service.

So I have done business with them for years now every time I go in I am greeted with a hey welcome in or at least a how are you. They have been the only motor sports store in the entire springs that has never been stereotypical nor have I ever seen them not try and help each guest as much as they could. They are an awesome place to go for great service and fun new motorized toys

Like many people we have been searching for a dirt bike or something for our kids to get them out of the house more, a lot of shops have been out of stock but luckily for us Alex had some great options for go carts. This was our first time there and Alex was great! Excellent customer service, very helpful even though he was very busy with other customers. I think I saw 3 or 4 dirt bikes get sold within the 30 minutes we were there! He was even nice enough to hold on to the specific model I wanted to buy until the following day even though it was his last one in stock. Thanks Alex! The kids and I are loving our new go cart!

Worst place ever to go. Got my bike In there February of 2020 and still haven’t received my bike back called them and they told me they don’t have the bike after they had called me in advance telling me it had 2 weeks left and now suing the manger Alex is rude also the mechanics worst place to go for sure! Sad I’ll possibly never see my bike again!

The owner was very pleasant to deal with and gave me a good price on my new 150 Coolster. He even threw in a dew extras in the deal. There were a couple of issues with the quad. But they had me bring it in for repairs/adjustments right away Their mechanic was very knowledgeable and nice to work with. He did a great job taking care of everything! Highly recommended.

I took my son’s dirt bike to this shop to be repaired( the owner told me to leave the bike with him for repairs)….. that was over three weeks ago, I’ve stopped by the shop several times but no one has been there!and no one is answering the phone. At this point I just want his bike back.😡😡😡😡
