I went in for a scheduled appointment and not a single person was wearing a mask, there was no barrier on the desk and no social distancing. They didn't even sanitize my key when I told them I didn't want to stay and they didn't offer to until they saw me use my hand sanitizer to pick up.

First off. Took them a week to put in starter and fuel pump on a 79 straight 6. Went here and they told me to get checker towing. Who's a horrible company that.does not take your insurance or aaa. then I told them to fix anything they saw wrong that's under 1000, call if it will be over. Couldnt fix carburetors and didnt replace a belt that was missing for power steering which they had installed on a previous time there. Which leads me to believe they fixed the problem but not what's started the issue to begin with. Then I asked for an opinion on whether she would make it to Wisconsin. and they said, "your guess is as good as mine." Drove the truck around and carburetor still bogging down then up. fuel still isnt getting distrupted correctly. I'm know mechanic but this truck should not of been giving back, but they had it a week and I need to be in Wisconsin last week

My car was leaking oil very badly and I was very upset because I had a surgical appointment on Monday this was on a Friday I took it into RK automotive and they looked at it and but didn't really have time to do a diagnostics then and they said they wouldn't be able to fix it until the following week but later that day they got a cancellation, called me in they figured out what was wrong they went out of their way to find me a part that would be less expensive and they were able to fix it that day they were so kind and helpful Carlos was the mechanic and Josh the receptionist they both went out of their way to be helpful and I was extremely happy with the repairs my car has been working super well ever since I managed to get to my appointment on time the following Monday and I was extremely happy with everything they did especially the fact that they went out of their way they're trustworthy and honest and willing to do whatever they can for you I was very happy with everything and I think you will be too

Wow, what a day. I went and had my brakes done at brakes plus, coupon deal, when I left the driver's side wheel made a noise that just wasn't right. I drive for instacart and I'm in my vehicle every day all day long and I know it like the back of my hand. So I took it here and found out they didn't put the bolts back in the caliper. Wow, what could have been seriously life endangering/altering that could have effected public safety was avoided by these guys. They fixed it quick and for a price I believed was worth every penny and im a penny puncher, these guys are my mechanic's for life. Thanks again, Shawn

I've gone here multiple times in the past, but this most recent visit was a complete let down. I made an appointment to have my A/C compressor replaced, the gentleman asked me all the basic questions: Year, Make, Model, VIN... after capturing all the details he gives me a quote. I accept the quote and drop off my car early because I had time, when they pull my car into the bay 5-10 mins later one of the technicians comes to me and says we have a problem. I'm thinking that they ordered the wrong part which I can deal with, but no the problem that we had was that my car needs the R1234YF refrigerant instead of the R134A and they are not equipped for the new refrigerant. The technician then had the audacity to say "We should've asked you the year of the car..."

I originally called them because my alternator broke. They were reccomend to me by the part store that shares the same parking lot with them. When I asked for quoting if I bought the part and they fixed it. They gave me an almost too good to be true price. I called some shops in Denver (that is where I know reside but my car was stuck in COLORADO springs) and those shops said if a shoe is quoting me the price that RK Automotives did then that's going to be the best price around hands down. I went back to them and decided to have them put the one year alternator labor and part warranty on, 6 months later my 2000 Toyota rav4 turns on with no issues at all! The owner and staff are very friendly respectable guys. I highly recommended them. For their honest, customer-oriented, and darn good prices. I cant wait for them to fix my car again. I know shell be in safe hands.

I had to have my car towed here a couple of weeks ago because it wouldn't start. I cleaned the connections on the battery and I thought that did the trick, but the next day it wouldn't start again. I was afraid it was going to be a costly repair of bad wiring or a bad starter, or both... But they took things apart, clean them up real good and put a new battery terminal on it, and my car starts up just fine now. They were good about communicating with me and I really appreciate that. A lot of places are not. Will definitely bring my car back here again should the situation arise. Thank you guys.

I will never go back or refer anyone to this place. I spent 2600 on repairs and my alignment is so trashed it still pulls to the right and still make a weird noise. They told me it was my muffler making that noise which was the stupidest excuse ever. My muffler is fine. They fixed a bunch of random things. They basically stole money from me bc they did an alignment for no reason. I guess my muffler makes my car pull to the right huh. What a bunch of idiots. They need to go back to mechanic school.
