Since going EAS, all personnel working in EAS, Staff and shop workers have always been helpful and trying no what the problems pop up. I have always been satisfied when jobs are complete.

We had a flat tire awaiting us this morning. Because of family obligations previously scheduled, the timing was less than good. My wife began checking to see if a car shop might be open today (on a Sunday), which is not common. She came across EAS Tire & Auto, called and the rest is history: great service; professional prompt service; friendly "how else can we help you" attitude on the part of Juan and all who helped. We will be back.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ EAS Tire and Auto absolutely saved the day! I was in a bind and had almost been taken advantage of by other places, but Juan Aldaba was amazing — honest, professional, and genuinely kind. He fixed my taillight fast and treated me with total respect. I’ll be sticking with them from now on!! Thank you again!

As before, great service; fast friendly, professional and thorough work. This is hands down the best auto& tire shop in Colorado Springs I have experienced. Juan is definitely The Man!

EDIT: EAS customer service reached out and offered a partial refund in apology for the situation I encountered. Thank you for your commitment to making this right. (5 stars) — Unacceptably poor expertise and unsatisfactory follow up. I brought in a classic truck (1983) with a slight oil leak requiring a new oil pan gasket and a front main seal replacement. ~$2000 and a week later and I was given my truck back with the oil leak unresolved, and a new distributor installed with backwards timing. The technician assigned to my vehicle managed to: - release the vehicle with the original issue still present, releasing the vehicle to the customer without verifying all systems were working; - disconnect the tachometer cable and damage the distributor (releasing to the vehicle to the customer without verifying all systems were working); and - spend the better part of several days ordering the wrong distributor parts, then reinstalled the ignition leads in the wrong firing order (again releasing the vehicle to the customer without verifying all systems were working) This last one truly angers me because they released the vehicle in a condition which could have easily resulted in catastrophic engine damage if I hadn’t noticed and continued to drive it. I reached out to the service staff to resolve the issue several times at the lowest level, resulting in little acknowledgement unless pressed. The staff will be friendly to your face before you pay, but once your money is in their hands, any and all motivation to actually solve your problem vanishes. There’s a bit more to this story, I kept the highlights for brevity, am happy to share. If you just want your oil changed, this place can probably scrape through it, don’t go here for anything more complicated than that.

I got a flat tire late in the evening and called EAS to see if they could get me in. I didn’t realize they closed in 5 minutes. Brandon told me to pull in and he would be available to take my key so they could work on it first thing the next day. When I arrived the next day, Brandon and Juan were so helpful! They checked me in, kept me posted on the progress, and were able to wave the roadside fee since I purchased the tires at a different location with a warranty. I’m so appreciative of the professionalism, attentiveness, and their willingness to stay a few extra minutes to help me out. Best customer service I’ve received in a long time!

10/10 experience with fixing my car. Brandon and Jeff and the team were really helpful and very honest and really made a tough experience a lot better! As a woman, I recommend! You won’t be taken advantage of at this shop ;)) Update 11/25: I’ve been here at least 5 times since my initial review (my car has issues) and the service is still the exact same…..10/10 the guys here love what they do. I got a new water pump, valve cover gaskets, transmission fluid exchange, air filter, windshield wiper blades, oil change, and GDI service. Yep that's a lot, but I needed a lot and I feel safe in my car. They did a great job. I posted before, but I didn't know where to find all this stuff in their list. In case the other Post didn't go, I was made to feel very confident from my first phone call with Brandon. I got excellent customer service with explanations by the manager, Juan Aldava; and a big thank you to Chris who did the work.

Jeff was very friendly, professional and was prompt in getting me an appointment for my car. My car had several serious issues that needed to be repaired. All of the mechanics went over and beyond to get the parts I needed and to get the repairs done. I have just relocated to Colorado Springs, CO and was had financial concerns and Jeff was willing to work with me regarding the cost of the repairs. When my car was in the shop, I was offered a loaner car. I didn't expect this. I was assured that my car would be fixed and taken care of while at the shop, and it was. I just picked up my car yesterday and it runs like a new car!!!

I found out my Camry needed wheel bearing work during an alignment at a different shop where I had a Groupon. They quoted me over $1,400 for the repair, so I planned to call around for comparisons. EAS was the first place I called and I am glad I did. Brandon answered and from the start the experience felt genuine. He asked if I could bring my Camry in right away for inspection to confirm the issue, and I never felt pressured or taken advantage of. The inspection showed only one wheel bearing needed replacement, not both, and no other issues. The quote was much more reasonable and aligned with the pricing I had researched. Since it was a holiday weekend, I had to leave my car for two days, but the repair was completed on time at the quoted amount. Brandon even included a fresh alignment, matching the Groupon price I had already paid at the first shop. All honesty I am quite late in posting this review (I’m sorry Brandon!) but the team at EAS gave me an experience I appreciated. When an eventual new issue pops up with my Camry I’ll be calling Brandon and his team FIRST THING!

I had a misunderstanding with the shop in the middle of last year, but the manager called to make sure that I got the service that I paid for. These guys stand behind the work that they do and that’s hard to come by today. These guys stand shop is extremely thorough with their inspections and they let you know the severity of any issue you may have. Thank you again for taking care of your customers!

I have had the pleasure to get to know Dustin, Jeff, and Juan very well in the span of a week! They have been nothing but amazing! They always found time for me and my xterra that always seems to be more difficult for others but they made the process so easy! Conversation was always so great, it almost like I took my car to my friends shop instead of just another vehicle. I will absolutely be coming back and will make sure my husband does too! We have found our new shop :)

My partner has had his car serviced here a few times. We were initially impressed by their work, but we will not be coming back after our recent experience. After having one of the wheel bearings replaced, we still felt that there was something wrong with the car, as we still felt and heard a grinding noise when turning right at high speeds. We brought it in and were assured that the techs stand by their work and were told that the car was fine. Then we were told that the issue was "annoying but not dangerous". Finally, after dealing with grinding issues and vibrations, the car was taken in a third time. At last we were told that yet another wheel bearing needed replaced. All together these repairs have costed thousands of dollars, and that is before factoring in lost wages due to missing work, and the price of renting a vehicle. To say that we are upset would be putting it mildly. Missing something the first time around, I can understand. We're all human. But to wrongly tell my partner to his face that things were fine while in reality the wheel bearing needed replaced is nothing short of negligent. My partner very well could have faced with catastrophe if he had listened to their advice. We will be looking elsewhere for car maintenance and we suggest that others do the same.

Well this was my first, and definitely last time coming here. I had a notice on my car that my battery was low, so I went to an auto parts store since they do free testing. It came back that my battery was low, and they indicated that it likely won't hold a charge for long and that I should get to a mechanic. (My car battery is in the trunk and needs programming since my car is auto start/stop, so the auto part store isn't able to install it). I brought it to EAS, and explained this to the guy, who then basically insulted me for taking it to an auto parts store, and insulted the girl at the store because she had no idea what she was talking about. He laughed at her for saying charging it wouldn't do anything because it wouldn't hold the charge. He said he'd never go to a pharmacist to get diagnosed instead of going to the doctor. So I was already left with a fairly bad taste in my mouth. But I left it with them. They took about 6 hours to test the battery, and then told me it won't hold a charge and it would be over $600 out the door to replace it. So the girl that he insulted was right. This high price seemed crazy to me, so I told him I wasn't going to do it. He then realized I needed the different kind of battery since I have the auto start/stop, and told me it would actually cost significantly more to do the work. I told him no way. They tried their best scare tactics, like I might not make it home, it likely won't start in the morning, etc. But I wasn't going to do it for what was likely going to be well over $700. So I get home just fine, it starts just fine this morning, and I bring it in to my normal mechanic (who they also managed to insult when I was dropping off my car). They did everything for $400, even with the required auto start/stop battery, and they had the car tested and work completed in less than an hour. I would say I can handle the attitude of the employees if I can trust that they're not screwing me over. But to not only get an attitude AND they attempt to screw me over, I'm less than impressed with this place. I'm not sure if they saw me as an easy target since I clearly don't know much about cars, or if they overcharge everyone. But I would say definitely shop around if you get a quote from them, because I can't be the only person they do this to.

Very friendly and thorough service every time! I always enjoy coming here — I’m treated so well, and my Bronco is always taken great care of. I really appreciate that they do a true inspection at each visit. It gives me peace of mind and makes me feel much safer driving off the lot.

Such a great experience! My old vehicle broke down on I 25. Thankfully limped it into gas station at Baptist Rd. EAS was open on the weekend. Jeff set me up with a tow (Advanced &guy was super great) and kept me informed. After picking up, they gave me a follow-up call next day. Very nice guys. Really appreciate you!

When my Subaru's front differential began failing, I'm glad I decided to take it in to EAS. Jeff was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and went out of his way to personally help me out, from getting me a fantastic price, giving great advice, and even ordering Lyfts for me when I needed to get to work. I'm also very satisfied with the quality of the work done on my car. Feels great to have finally found a mechanic I can trust, I will be returning here whenever I need more work done on a car.

I am writing to share my experience at this shop on February 10, 2026, as I have serious concerns about both the service performed and how the situation was handled. When the tech took my car for the inspection the car had been placed on a lift using wooden blocks and was lifted by the rocker panels instead of the designated metal lift points. As a result, my rocker panels were popped out of place, visibly bent, and the paint was cracked. This damage was not present prior to my visit. During the same appointment, I was informed that the driver’s-side tie rod was bent. Since this was not visibly apparent, I sought a second opinion. I also had a body shop inspect the rocker panel damage. My estimate from the body shop is $4,050.10 to get the rocker panels replaced. Later that day, my husband returned to address the damage with the shop. Instead of inspecting the vehicle at that time, responsibility was immediately placed on me for not reporting it sooner. When he requested that the service manager come outside to view the damage, the request was declined. We were told that video footage would be reviewed to determine whether the damage occurred at the facility. The manager had stated that he would look at the video footage tonight, Feb 10th. My husband called him this morning and the manager said he had not looked at the video footage and has yet to call my husband back with an update. During this interaction, my husband was told that I am “extremely anal and stingy” about my car. I found this comment highly unprofessional and inappropriate. My vehicle represents a significant personal investment and taking pride in my property does not warrant disparaging remarks or implications of dishonesty. I was also concerned that my husband was later quoted $500 for new tires, while I had been quoted $1,100 earlier that same day for what appeared to be the same service. Overall, I am disappointed not only by the damage to my vehicle, but by the lack of professionalism, accountability, and consistency in pricing. If you take any pride in your vehicle save yourself a headache and go somewhere that knows what they are doing. Attention to fundamental practices is the baseline of competent automotive service. When those standards are not met, it naturally raises concerns about everything that follows.
