My name is Dan Foster and my company is American Equity Dealer Services. I was driving by because I was looking for a Nationally Known body shop that went out business not too far from them so as I was driving by I decided to drop in. I was met by Kimberly and the owner who was retiring. He said she is the boss and she will help you. Boy was he right, I could have never asked for a nicer person, a great price, and done in a timely manner. I use to be the COO of the biggest locally owned dealer group in Colorado, but like everyone I stopped at I got the same message, (maybe a couple months down the road.) Kim said how about next Monday I was floored. I was looking for an autobody repair shop to fix my Ford focus se that was rear ended. I was looking all over town for an auto shop, and everything was WAYYY overpriced. I came upon this shop and I'm SOOO glad I did. When I came in, I was greeted friendly by Kimberly at the front desk, I told her my situation of what happened, and she was great. We took a look at my car with her experience body tech team, and they could fix it easily. Over the time they were fixing my car, they communicated great for what was needed. Also, what was very convenient was they allowed me to bring my own parts to save money as well. When I looked at the price difference between this shop and others, I was shocked by how much I saved. If you're looking to save, come here. When I got my car, it looked completely brand new, and the paint job was clean. Also, the body work was amazing, looked like it never got rear ended. I also met the owner who was greeting and friendly. I thank Kimberly, the body tech crew and paint crew who fixed my car. I will recommend to anyone in need.

These guys will NOT stand behind their work. I had a wheel bearing replaced in a 4x4 and the tech ( none of which are ASE certified) left the nut off the upper ball joint . The ball joint eventually came off on the roadway destroying the entire suspension including the drive shaft ,tie rod, lower ball joint, brake line as well as any ABS wires attached as the wheel literally folded under the vehicle. The shop is under new management but the techs and office are the same. I was accused of having gone to another shop and had work done which would void the warranty. I had not. This is the "get out a warranty " line they use on people. They will not stand behind their work and the lack of professionalism could have gotten my son killed. : message to Kim, ( new owner) , stand behind your work and stop lying to customers. It will come back to bite you.

I contacted Reasonable Collision the day after hitting a pole in my carport & the owner, Kim was able to get me in for an estimate on the same day. Also, the damage to my car was extensive & the estimate she gave me was very reasonable & within my expectation along with the time for how long it would take to get my car back as well. You would never know my car had so much damage after the amazing repair job the team did! Everyone at the shop is very experienced, professional & friendly & I couldn't be happier! Kim does not even deserve a one star! She did not complete the work she was supposed to on estimate not what I paid for. I even walked away with more damage than what I came in with. My car has been at her shop for two months with the damage not even repaired. She threatened to have her boys at the shop jump my husband. She acted as if our relationship was we more than business. When it came to conflict regarding the things she did not have done and additional damage resolution got no where with her. She is not reasonable nor is it done the Wright way (or maybe screwing over customers and doing them dirty is the Weight way) I have reported to the BBB with no response from her regarding the issues. Now it is being investigated by insurance companies. I would not even bother with this place. You are taking gambling dealing with these snakes

They gave me an estimate same day I called to make sure it aligned with my insurance claim, communicate with insurance people as needed, got the part ordered same day, work done the day after drop off. Loved Kim, very knowledgeable (and hilarious) for claims and processes. The completed work looks fantastic too. Plus, they cleaned and polished the exterior of my car before pick up which is so appreciated and little touches like that differentiate a business from others. Thank you!

Truly amazing and wonderful people and work! I came in and within a couple of days parts came in and within the same week of drop off I got my car back looking like I just bought it off the lot! Kimberly is such an amazing person and super friendly. The guys working for the shop were also super friendly and did an amazing job! Anything you need done (especially after a Collison) I would recommend 100000% to go here for the dealership who will most likely bump up charges to get more money.

This is the second time I have used Reasonable Auto. The first time they repaired some significant damage from an accident and did a great job at a very competitive price and relatively quickly. This time it was a more minor job where my garage door had come down at the wrong time and broke off the shark fin antenna. They again were very reasonable in price and did the repair while I waited. Great place for auto repair. Hope I don't need them again, but if I do it will be where I go.

Amazing experience, the shop everyone hopes for but can rarely find. The mechanic, James is a miracle worker. They were about $10,000 cheaper than a competitor and it runs perfect and the replaced parts of the car look brand new, even better than before the accident. Very honest too and he will show you everything that needs to be replaced and why. The owner is kind, quick and communicative. Couldn't have asked for a better experience

Was hoping I could give 10 out of 10 stars. Kimberly (owner of shop) Is an absolute lifesaver and an angel of a woman!! My car was deemed a total loss by caliber collision, but I knew it wasn’t. Reasonable collision was the only other shop that I called And as soon as I explained my situation to Kimberly, she took everything in her own hands and fight with the insurance company to make sure that I was taken care of. I have experienced nothing but excellent, reasonably priced service here. They were able to get my car fixed up after hitting a deer in about half the time and cost as I was quoted at other shops and made it look nearly brand new again!
