He installed a computer from a Lincoln in my Ford Flex, had to get the work redone & he's refused to pay me back for the faulty part. Headed to small claim court. *******til this day Mike, you never called me back. You told me you'd get me a refund on the ECM & never did. I've left you several messages. If you would like to resolve this out of court, then reach out to me. You have my #.!!!!

If I could give -100 stars, I WOULD. He was supposed to put a front bumper bar on the front, charged us…and it was never put in. He would have NEVER contacted us about it unless we didn’t go to Meineke to get some work done because I couldn’t figure out why we had a problem turning the car over after filling it with gas. The solenoid went out and needed to be replaced. Meineke professionals who went to college for learning how to do cars, printed us out a whole typed out thing about everything that was wrong with the car as well as pictures and they told us that the radiator that Mike put into our car was the wrong radiator. It was an Asian radiator as opposed to the Mexican one that we needed. When we told Mike about it, he said that oh, I didn’t know the difference between the two. I thought it was the same… When we all know that all you had to do was look up the VIN number on Google and it will tell you in the mechanics book that comes up with that VIN number that it needed a Mexican radiator it needed Mexican parts not Asian parts and he tried to be us on a lot of things that we were telling him that Meineke was saying. And even with the typed out paper and pictures that go along with the paragraphs of everything that was wrong because of Mike, it’s not enough proof he needs to call Meineke to get the full detail by the people that over saw our car fixing…. he’s trying to pocket our money, especially for an item that he never put on our car or labor that he put on for that specific item let alone the radiator. So Mike, if you don’t wanna give us our money back for everything we have the radiator for you in a box nonetheless, if you don’t wanna give us our money back, I’m going To make your life a living hell until you have to move. WE WERE SCAMMED AND SHOULD BE WORRIED WHEN WE GO TO THE POLICE SINCE YOU’RE IN HIDING, FROM THE POLICE….RIGHT?!?!?!

The absolute worst mechanic. I have brought Mike multiple cars here and not one was fixed correctly. So now I'm having to pay someone else to fix everything since he has scammed me. Don't waste your time or money going here if you want a reliable mechanic.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I dropped my wife’s Ford off to Mike for some fixes and nothing actually got fixed. I had to take the car into GearHead to have the issues fixed! One example of the many fixes I needed was a coolant leak fix, and according to Mike, just putting a rag under the coolant reservoir was “fixing” it… he left my wife’s car worse off and unsafe! My invoice he sent said he replaced the tank… it’s the same one. Thanks for wasting my money. I have contacted him MULTIPLE times with no response. EDIT: Notice how he hasn’t responded to my review …. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Please, you will be so sorry and so unsafe.

Mike fixed up my car many times very quickly which is really convenient because I don’t have any way to get picked up while I wait. He’s available for me any time I call. Always at a reasonable cost too! 10/10 he’s an amazing guy and always tries his best.

Mike is an amazing gentleman who despite what negative reviews say us very open to learning. He has been helping us with my adopted mom's car (which is now tossed up to the point Mike, myself and my dad are all saying electric mechanic which Mike is NOT. If it moves he got you, if it's computers and severe electrical issues, vehicle electrician) and my POS acura (to be fair it's 15 years old and over 200k). We just did a valvue cover gasket swap today and he was very willing to answer all of my questions in regards to my valves. If you want a friendly, reliable and reasonably priced mechanic Mike's your guy.

From start to finish, the experience was flawless. Mike quickly diagnosed the issue with my car and explained everything clearly, so I felt confident about the repairs. The work was done on time, and the pricing was more than fair. Mike is professional, honest, and friendly—I’ll definitely be back for any future maintenance or repairs. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic!

Couldn't believe how on point his timing and efficiency of work/ care to answer questions was. Don't believe any negative! Sorry. I have dealt with so much crap from shops/ dealership mechanics around town to not speak up for this kind of service. Treated me like a person. And didn't waste time on pointless crap. By far the best service I have received in about a decade.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. We had a serious and dangerous experience with this mechanic, and I feel compelled to warn others. We trusted him with my daughter’s vehicle. While he seemed nice at first, the work he performed was not only substandard—it put my daughter’s safety at serious risk. He grinded too far into the lateral arm bracket, compromising its structural integrity. This was later confirmed by Les Schwab when we took the vehicle in for an alignment. They refused to charge for the services and said the bracket was so compromised that hitting a pothole at highway speeds could potentially break it in half, leading to loss of control and serious injury so, they advised us to have it fixed ASAP. Meanwhile, this mechanic stated my daughter's car was safe to go to Montana. Let that sink in! Instead of taking responsibility, this mechanic explicitly stated "he is not liable for any damage he causes", which is deeply unprofessional and alarming. He also used standard bolts instead of the required cam bolts when reassembling the suspension—another critical oversight. As a result, my daughter had to cancel an important trip to visit her brother in Montana the same day she was to leave 8/5/25 (800 miles one way), and we had the car towed from Les Schwab to Tanner 4x4, where the lateral arm bracket and both front CV axles (which this mechanic said could wait) were replaced properly for $1000. According to Tanner 4x4, the CV axles were in horrible shape and needed immediate replacement for safety purposes. This mechanic later sent us a text saying that caring for his elderly mother made his life hectic and accused us of being horrible people for coming to his house to address our concerns. However, that’s exactly where we had taken the car five times already, as he operates his business out of his home. How else were we supposed to reach him? He claims cutting into the bracket was “an honest mistake,” but an honest mistake would have been disclosed—not discovered by a third-party shop. This mechanic verbally stating he is not responsible for any damage he causes is not just unprofessional—it may also be legally problematic. Bottom line: Avoid backyard mechanics who lack proper training, accountability, and integrity. Do your research. We will never return, and we strongly advise others to take their vehicles to certified, reputable repair shops.

Read the reviews. I would do a full detailed explanation of my situation. I think it would be much more simple if I told you that he will destroy your car to where you are forced to take it to a real shop anyways. He will NOT save you money. He will destroy your car. Put it "back together" with missing bolts & damage. On top of that he will release your freon out into the atmosphere & not recharge it. Unethical. Do not use his "services" unless you hate yourself to the extreme. Can't say I didn't try to warn you. Btw if cost me $480 to no longer have working a/c, missing bolts & connections, and more problems that what you started with. You might be safe with an oil change, then again I've seen people mess that up too. Just be on the safe side & take it to a shop that will stand behind their work & make it right if something goes wrong after repair.

Mike left my car in worse condition than when I brought it in. The work I was billed for and paid for was not properly completed and ultimately had to be redone elsewhere. I expected accountability and quality service, but that was not my experience. I strongly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere. If you choose to use this shop, be sure to thoroughly document your vehicle’s condition before dropping it off.
