I was sent to this shop by a dealership . After 8 plus visits the original problem still was not fixed . I switched to another shop , 1 visit and no issues since . The receptionist vaping was a red flag as well.

So I got a car from this place. Not even a week was missing. Took it In, we got no word or anything. Idk what was said between my husband and the owner I wasn't involved. So I called apologized and said the car was in my name and for now on the deal with me. He agreed. Got my car and was fixed. Not even a week lights came back on. Took the car back in I didn't get a call or response about the car. The first time I had a car less than this time they loaned me a car, which when you drive it there was noise when you turn. Then stop wouldn't start in the middle of driving. So after day 4 I called and was told they didn't know anything about what was wrong with the car but were waiting for the warranty. Then after got off the phone text Brock and I got the response he was not helping me because of my husband, mind you I haven't done or said anything disrespectful. Then was told to return the loaner was told Colorado Springs cops were calling about me and if I don't return he was going report where I live. Mind you I have nothing to hide and why would the cops call about me. I did nothing or nothing to hide. I just wanted a reliable car because I got 2 boys they have therphys and doctors appointment and I have kidney transplant appointment and eye diabetes appointment. Like I should be treated like this. Probably my husband and him, but I had nothing to do with there communication

5 starts over here, great customer service, great communication, and they got the job done. I took my car in a few months ago to fix my truck. It kept shutting on me, I took it in and they ordered the parts. (Todays Update: My truck works perfectly fine now). Waiting for the ordered parts is what took the longest. They received the parts one morning and had the car ready by the end of that business day. We communicated via text for updates and pickup times etc. It was an overall good experience for me.

Great service and excellent pricing! Saved me 200.00 over what Chevy wanted to do the plugs on my 2019 Chevy Colorado. Made appt and unlike Chevy they took it back immediately! Staff very pleasant. Got pricing on a flush and fill for radiator with new hoses and again about 150 cheaper then Chevy! Will be getting all my work done here now! Also the mech that did my work actually came out to discuss work vs just a svc advisor! Check em out if need anything done. Oh and Mil Discount too!!!

719 Automotive is the best auto body shop I have ever been to . Customer service is excellent , and Melissa the front desk lady was so helpful in my situation , and very understanding . My 2010 Subaru went in for maintenance , and they were nothing but honest about everything that needed service . Was able to fix the problems , work with money plans , and get my car done in a timely manner . Highly recommend !
