Patricia and Ed were absolutely amazing! They were recommended to me through a friend and it was the most smooth experience I could have asked for. They were extremely kind and honest. I just bought a new car and wanted to get a full inspection while I am still under warranty. They gave me all of the information I needed and answered all of the questions I had. Would recommend them as the people you can trust with your car. Will be using them from here on out :) Thanks again guys! You also get the added bonus of being greeted by Ben (the sweetest dog)!

I recently purchased a pre-owned Mini Cooper and my regular mechanic does not work on them, but he referred me to Baxter. Ed looked over the car prior to purchase to make sure it was a good car. He made a list a recommended preventative maintenance and told me the car was okay. After the purchase, I had him do the repairs. He was timely and professional and even showed me the parts he replaced - I have never had a mechanic do that before! Patricia was very professional and knowledgeable, she was very good at explaining the repairs. While I will continue going to my other mechanic for my other cars, Baxter is my new regular mechanic for my Mini Cooper. Highly recommended!

There's a reason that Baxter's Automotive receives many, many 5 star reviews: they so deserve it! I have been going to them since 2020. They currently take care of my Subaru Outback and Mini-Cooper. Friendly. Thorough. Honest. Knowledgeable. What more could anyone ask for in getting their car serviced? I actually feel more comfortable driving, knowing my cars are so well taken care of. And let's not forget that they are also dog friendly and ask about my lab rescue...so personal. Thank you Baxters...my joy to discover you.

Baxter's was my grandparents go to mechanic for a long while and since I could drive they have been my #1 most trusted and go-to mechanic. I moved out of state for half a year and couldn't find a mechanic even close to their quality. Usually go here for general maintenance but when I get repairs I don't have to ask them twice and I am shown the parts that were replaced. 10/10 amazing work while also being fast and affordable.

I would highly recommend Ed and Patricia at Baxters. They are super friendly, knowledgeable, and will get it right the first time! Since moving to the springs we have been to a couple dealer shops and all were absolutely horrible and overpriced just to damage your car! Baxter is NOT at all like anyone around here. If you are looking for a mechanic that knows his craft and an auto repair shop that stands on integrity, honesty, and compassion, Baxter's Automotive is your place. You can tell that they care about you, your safety, and your vehicle by the quality of work and costumer service. My experience with Ed and Patricia is exactly what is written in all the reviews. To reiterate, Ed is excellent at explaining issues and answering questions in laymen's terms (a true sign of a expert). He takes you into the shop to show you the issue on the car or will bring the part out to the waiting room. Patricia is also excellent. She makes scheduling a breeze, Her communication is fast, clear, and concise. She walks you through the itemized maintenance list, cost, and what to prioritize. Great place. I went to a differwnt mechanic for the issues with my car. I was told 3 digferent things were wrong and given 3 different quotes to the tume of about $3,000. So went to have Baxters automotive for a second opinion and wasnt even anything the other guy had said and half the price. So great place to go. I will not go anywhere else while i am living here. Very professional and friendly family business! Each time Patricia and Ed make the entire process smooth and easy. Very friendly and professional family business. The communication is always quick, clear and detailed. They answer all the questions you might have and leave no room for any doubts. You don’t feel rushed and the work on your car is done efficiently and on time. Patricia and Ed explain what was done, show you parts/samples, so you really can trust that the entire repair is not only top notch but also transparent. They don’t push you to do unnecessary work and recommend only what (and when) should be done. Each time I feel comfortable and assured leaving my car in their hands. This is probably the only place I'll ever take my BMWs. Ed knows his stuff and Patricia is awesome! They helped me diagnose a problem on a new vehicle I bought and were super honest and cost effective compared to other shops. They told me EVERYTHING that was wrong with it, but told me about what was important to fix and what could wait, wasnt pushy for me to get anything done that wasnt necessary. He showed me the broken parts after the repair, and why they needed to be replaced. Ive never had a shop do that before. They sure make you feel at home and I hope they're around for a while!

I have been searching for years now for a mechanic who would a) tell me what was wrong with my car without being condescending or rude and b) not charge me a fortune to get my car fixed. Not the easiest task with a car that has a BMW engine. I finally found one at Baxter's! Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helped me understand what was going on with my car without treating me like an idiot. The prices were extremely reasonable and not exorbitant. They have a customer for life in me.
