1 Star is all this place should have. After having my truck almost a month they never started to work on it until the day I was moving out of state. I literally came back and had to stay 4 extra days before PCSing. They knew I was leaving so did the most chopped job you can imagine. My door seals already feel off, my windows barley rolls down. Both my doors wind comes in so loud and I have to take it to another shop. After 7200$ they got paid, I'd never recommend this place. The 1 star is because they are friendly and make you feel like they know what they are doing. The body work and pain job is good but they supposedly replaced two door where I was but for sure they do not know how to install doors. Not sure what they did to my window but the worse chop job ever!!!! DO NOT LET THE NICE BUBBLY PERSONALITY SALE YOU !!!! Thanks for nothing and I am still in shock this is how you treat people when your so kind in person.

I dropped my car off to this bodyshop after it had rolled over during a snowstorm outside of Pueblo Colorado. My car was a 1996 4Runner, which meant that it would be a while to be in the shop, which is what I expected. I dropped the car off in mid March 2024. It wasn’t taken out of the shop until early January 2025. Over the course of this time, the man fixing my car told me it would be ready within a month. A month went by in April, then June, July, August, and before I knew it, it was the end of the year, and the car was still in disrepair. At one point, he promised it was all done and put together, until he kept saying he needed to add more parts to it. Finally, I had it towed to a mechanic as it was (with no windshield, again, after he said this car was ready and put together), because although he told me he had test driven it several times, it had stopped working, and he never took it to his buddy to look at. So technically, the car was never even finished far from when he said it would be (the car was in such bad shape that it ended up needing to be scrapped). To add insult to injury, I had several items still in the car, which he promised me he had put into a box and stored for safekeeping. My brother went by to pick it up, but he said he didn’t have it. When I called one more time to see where it was, he told me he would call me back in a few days, and I never heard from him again. Do not trust this man. He is not only a liar, but also a thief. This was the worst mechanic I’ve ever dealt with, and I urge anyone to go to someone else before even toying with the idea of letting this man near your car.

They did an amazing job on my 92 Civic. It did take longer than expected but it was no fault on their part; having an older car unexpected normal wear parts became the issue and trying to find these parts is what took a lot of time. Great friendly family business. If I ever need any work done I will definitely be going back.

This place is by far the best place to take your car to for good quality work. They gave my Challenger a complete makeover and I could not be happier. Very professional and they give you their honest opinion. They even fixed my trunk that wouldn’t close and put new fog lights in. Best body shop ever!!! My mama's car was in the hail storm on July 28th. My insurance totaled it and said there was no way it can be repaired. I had to get it repaired it was my mama's car and she passed away last April. I started calling body shops and Ivan was very sure he could fix it. I put my trust In him and he delivered big time. Unfortunately my car was vandalized and I was left with a broken windshield and the paint on my hood was ruined. This was devastating because being a host on Turo this meant that I would have to cancel the upcoming booking with my guest and pay an outrageous amount to get it fixed. Then I found Mister Body Shop and they made every single problem of mine disappear. They resprayed my hood and replaced my windshield all in less than 24 hours! It was unbelievable. I didn’t have to cancel with my guest any longer and and the price they gave me was unbeatable. They stepped in and saved me from one of the biggest headaches I’ve had to face in a while. If it weren’t for them I would be in a far worse position. I will bring every single one of my cars here from now on and recommend them to everyone I get the chance to. I could not be happier with how this turned out, they made my nightmare go away!

This is the best body shop in town by a long shot. Ivan is very professional and knows what he’s doing. We’ve had multiple cars in their shop and every time they work fast and make it look like new. Our Toyota Camry was involved in an accident causing damage to the rear bumper and bending brackets underneath. Yet again they came through and made quick work of the damage. I couldn’t be happier with their service and will continue to recommend them.

I brought my car to this shop about two years ago and had a less than happy experience. I was given a printed estimate at the start and explicitly told this would be the final price. However, when I came to pick up the car, several hundred dollars were added to the original quote without prior notice. By that time, I had already settled payment with the person who crashed my car based on the original estimate they promised, so I had to cover the extra cost myself. This kind of pricing communication creates mistrust in a business. The repair itself was completed well, but the customer service and communication were subpar.

This is the second car I've had repaired at Mister Body Shop and they did a top-notch job on both my 2018 Subaru Legacy, and 2018 Toyota 4Runner that both had dents and damage from being hit by other cars. The price was better than the other 3 shops I had estimate the 4Runner, and they went out of their way to make sure all the repaired areas that were painted matched the original factory pain EXACTLY. They also fully detailed the truck so it actually looks better than new! They're ethical, fair, inexpensive and provide top quality body work and customer service. I would highly recommend them if you need any type of body & paint work on your vehicle. They also do excellent detail work if you just want to have your car looking great!
