They did a good job on the body repair, however a portion of the repair was to replace an axle shaft which they failed to do and took them OVER a YEAR to finally just give up after CONTINUOUS times I asked them when they can do it, they just handed me the money to have it done elsewhere. This shows a lack of customer service and a "I don't care attitude" because they already received payment from the insurance company to do a complete job.

They did a great job on my classic 1969 Chevelle Malibu this summer. They replaced the moulding/weatherstripping, which has been messed up for 25 years. Previous shops have either done a bad job, or flatly were not interested in the work and turned me down. Robert's people, particularly "Fluffy" and Mike, jumped on it and did an outstanding job! Can't rate Roberts high enough. I have a very special '70 Firebird that had some pretty good damage. When I got it back, it looked better than when I first bought it! I tell you Rob is a perfectionist and not just with older cars. Visited his shop many times over the course of repairing my car and saw how he treated modern cars as well. You can go to the other shops that are all about get them in and get them out, but I promise you, you'll get what you pay for. Every time he came across something he let me know. I got a call saying I needed to come in and inspect something or he'd sent me a text message with photos. He kept me updated on things as they went, never did anything I didn't authorize. If something came up that wasn't in the initial inspection (and lets face it, for a 50 year old car, things WERE going to come up) he never did anything without talking to me first. He NEVER made me feel I "Had" to do something. Everything was up to me. No pressure, so no unneeded add-on's or "Hidden" stuff. Been a LONG time since I dealt with someone this honest. Almost didn't know what to do. Would I use Roberts again? Without a doubt. Already had my son take his car to him for a small fender bender and he's just as happy

I came in with an issue sealing the door windows on the driver's side and passenger side on my 2nd Gen Camaro. Robert took the time to look at the issue and tell me his thoughts and talk me through his plan. Way different experience than the body shop chains who pull it in the back and spit out an estimate and ask if insurance is involved. GREAT SERVICE!!!!

My wife and I unfortunately we're victims of road rage, there wasn't a body shop in the Colorado Springs area who wanted to give us an estimate without insurance being involved, and due to the rarity of the vehicle we needed a detailed estimate. Wow these guys are pros I was absolutely amazed they saw things that others that I had had look at my cor didn't see and they do it the way that I remember cars being done years ago with painstaking detail and just found them to be so professional. I brought them an 09 Mustang that was rear ended, they did a great job fixing it and the service was top notch! I usually do everything I can myself so I'm really picky about the shops I trust. I never felt like just another customer in a stack of customers. Mike and Robert helped me out and it wasn't a bunch of waiting around either, worked with my insurance and there were no hassles. I plan to also bring them my classic for some work.

In the future, I will recommend Robert to anyone I meet who need his quality work. Why would you not want to support a local shop with actual customer centered services over a large cooperation who hide behind their "policy's"??

I went to a vacation and my car got broken into wasn't sure if this was going to cost me way over my deductible. I found Robert's Auto body they did a great job. They said the part would be there on a certain day it was there. I brought it in when they asked me to said the car would be ready at 3:00 and it was ready at 3:00. I highly recommend them they are great they go way beyond. And they will get all my business from now on.
