I cannot recommend Honest Accurate Auto Service enough. I’ve brought both my 2021 Tahoe and my 2005 Duramax 3500 to them, and the experience has been top-tier every time. The fast service and the repair was completed on time and done right. After the repair they did a complete inspection of my auto to make sure there were no other issues. Who does that any more. I walked in completely clueless on where to start or what to do to prepare my car for an upcoming move and Heath was very kind and helped me figure it out. I really appreciate that with my service they also performed a full inspection of my car so I now know a general idea of everything going on and when to take care of things in the future. They also offer shuttle rides home and back while your car is at the shop, which I had never heard of and that was so helpful! They also got me in so quickly which I really appreciated. Thank you guys for making car care an overall pleasant experience 😅

It is hard to find honest mechanics these days, but the team at Honest Accurate Auto truly lives up to their name. They went above and beyond to fix my truck, and they were extremely fair with the repair costs. They even helped correct a horrible job done by a previous shop to get me back on the road. What really impressed me was their integrity, while waiting, I overheard them telling another customer they had forgotten a part on their quote, but they were including it for free to honor the original price. I’m beyond impressed by how many times they’ve done the right thing for me and other clients. I highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable truck or auto repair.

In my personal experience, Honest Accurate Auto Service definitely lives up to their name. A dependable vehicle is a major investment, and it's upkeep shouldn't be something on which you cut corners. HAAS not only provides high quality troubleshooting and Repair Services, they also only use quality parts. In my opinion, that is assurance. Maybe you can get away with some cheap knock-off parts in some cases, but having the peace of mind that comes with guaranteed quality in both Service and parts, is immeasurable. Honest Accurate Auto Service is THE repair shop for my family and I am confident in referring others to them.

I did some research for an auto repair for my 2000 Jaguar XJ8 as not everyone works on them. I settled on Honest Accurate Auto based on customer reviews and longevity of the store. I couldn't have made a better choice, their name says it all. Told them I needed a water pump. Most shops would say, 'you sure do'. And charge me for something I didn't need. Honest told me it was fine and proceeded to do an inspection of car. Great to work with!

Service at Accurate Auto was awesome. From the first person I talked to, the service was the best I've ever received from an auto shop. You even get a cookie 🍪 when you pick up your car. They have a shuttle service which is great when you don't have someone to drive you. When I picked up my car I almost couldn't find it, it was so clean. When I got in the car there was a card with a picture of the technician and his family with some information about them. There was even a piece of candy 🍬 taped to the card. If you need car repairs, go to Accurate Auto!

I had a great experience at Honest Accurate Auto Service on Tutt in Colorado Springs. I came in for a brake check and an exhaust concern, and from start to finish everything was handled with professionalism and excellent customer service. My service advisor, Brayson, was amazing. He explained everything in a way I could actually understand (especially as someone who isn’t very versed in “car talk”). I came in worried I’d be told I needed a bunch of extra work done immediately, but Brayson was honest and upfront about what really needed immediate attention versus what could wait. He didn’t pressure me into unnecessary repairs or try to take advantage of me, which I really appreciated—especially with how expensive everything is these days. They also pointed out that my radiator had started leaking! Brayson explained that this was something that needed immediate attention. They replaced the radiator and cap, and flushed and filled the cooling system. The work was done efficiently, the pricing was reasonable, and I felt confident that they were being honest with me. What really impressed me were the personal touches. After the diagnostic, the technician, Dylan left a note thanking me for choosing them and even left a small piece of candy on my center console. On top of that, after each appointment, the diagnostic and actual repair they give me a huge, delicious cookie from Sasquatch (honestly my favorite part!). They also offer a military discount $50 off a part that needs repairing which was a bonus. I’m genuinely happy to have finally found an auto shop in the Springs that I can trust and not feel like I’m getting ripped off. I’ll definitely be coming back for future work and would recommend them to everyone I know.

I have been taking my Honda CRV to Honest Accurate since they opened in the east part of town. I have always been treated with respect and have never felt that I was taken advantage of as with so many other auto shops. Ted has always given me choices of what needs to be done now and what can wait. Everyone who is employed there has always been courteous and friendly and eager to assist in every way. HALLELUJAH!! Honest & Accurate finally diagnosed an issue that (6) other mechanics couldn’t. We have a Honda CR-V that has had problems for 2 years - head gasket(s), spark plugs, radiator, coolant system, belts, engine head had all been replaced with no improvement (Total cost ~$4,000). We needed an accurate diagnostic - and the one that we received here was the best in town! Honest delivered diagnostic for a great price that extended to every system of the car, complete with photos, and used specialized techniques to determine the cause of the issue. No other mechanic had used a boroscope, which revealed the crack on the inside of the engine. We could have saved all the other expense if we had just stopped into Honest and Accurate first! Communication was quick, someone is typically available by phone. Payment details were upfront and clear. We will be scheduling a diagnostic for our other vehicles now!

We took our Mercury Mariner to HAAS to get an alignment after replacing the front struts on our own. Not only was the experience quick, easy and affordable, but I LOVE how everything can be done online. I booked our appointment online for an alignment, selected a time, showed up and dropped the keys off. A shuttle ride back home was provided. During the day I got a text with an online summary of my vehicle inspection and some items to keep top of mind. When the job was done, I got another text and was able to view my invoice online and pay from my phone with Apple Pay. After giving them a call, the shuttle came back to pick me up and picking up my car went super quickly since everything was already paid for and good to go. I'm all about convenience and efficiency and this process was incredible. Plus, my car was returned with the inside cleaned and vacuumed, that was such a nice bonus! Thank you to all the advisors, techs, managers, behind the scenes employees, detailer, shuttle drivers, everyone at HAAS.
