I had a great experience with SimplyEuro. They quoted me a really fair price for my oil change and also gave me a printout of my car’s service report to take to the dealership with the error codes detailed for them to address under warranty. The front office and my technician were incredibly friendly, professional, and great to work with. I’ll only trust them with my vehicle’s maintenance moving forward. I can’t recommend this shop enough.

First off, Andrew’s customer service skills are so top-notch, . When it came to price matching, Andrew was like a seasoned detective, sniffing out the best deals with the prowess of a bargain bloodhound. Who knew that getting a great deal could be this thrilling? Not once did I feel like “just another customer.” Oh no, with Andrew, it felt like I was a VIP with an entourage of unbeatable service. From the initial greeting to the final farewell, it was clear that excellence is SimplyEuro's middle name, and Andrew is the maestro conducting the symphony. So, if you’re on the fence about where to go for impeccable service and unbeatable deals, do yourself a favor and seek out Andrew at SimplyEuro. You might just leave feeling like a million bucks—minus the hefty price tag!

Ryan and Raven were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I was only in for an oil change this time, but my experience was 5 star for sure. I was in and out quickly and at a very reasonable price. Thanks! I will definitely be back with any future Audi maintenance needs.

The team at SimplyEuro is SimplyAmazing. I recently had been experiencing a couple of different issues with my Audi Q5. I tried to diagnose and solve the problem myself (with plenty of help from Google and AI), but the issues left me stumped. I took the vehicle to SimplyEuro, and they were able to diagnose the problems and fix it quickly. The best part is that it was repaired at fraction of the cost that I expected to pay. This shop knows what they're doing, they are thorough, and (most importantly) they are honest. I had been alternating between SimplyEuro and another shop for my Audi and my BMW 4 Series convertible, but I've learned my lesson. From now on, it's 100% SimplyEuro. Thanks guys!

I have been going here for almost two years, with different European cars. Have never had anything bad to say, always recommend to family, friends, and colleagues. Working in the Auto industry, I know what to look out for; needless to say Ryan and the team have always been extremely transparent, never pressured me as a customer. Pricing for this quality of work has to be best in the Springs, hands down. Will always come here as long as they are around, and have the same leadership.

I’ve been taking my 2010 C300 here for about 2+ years. Always super professional and friendly service. Pricing seems very competitive considering you’re getting a tech with relevant experience working on your vehicle vs some general tech at another shop. (previously, Christian Brothers told me I needed to take my Mercedes to the dealership to reset the service oil light after an oil change🤣). Additionally, you can really tell the value of a shop by how they handle minor mistakes - for some reason, the VIN of my vehicle doesn’t exactly match the sub model in some computer systems and at one point a slightly smaller belt was put on than required, causing some squeaking. Ryan was quick to point out the mistake was theirs, promptly fixing the problem at no charge and moving me to the front of the line to resolve it asap. Additionally, while shopping for an Audi recently, one of the employees spent a solid 5 to 10 minutes on the phone with me after I called asking about common problems on a specific model to be mindful of. They were generous with their time when they didn’t need to be. This shop has integrity, values their customers, and does great work. Highly recommended.

SimplyEuro did great work on my 2011 Audi. I loved how they would provide pictures and ratings of issues to prove they weren’t making up issues with my car. The staff was super friendly and courteous. I will definitely be bringing my car back here for future servicing.

I had an oil change done on our Audi. When I showed up I didn't realize that I didn't have a wait for service slot, but the guys adjusted and had me out in less than an hour. They were very friendly and helpful. Only downside of the visit was they only had sugary flavored coffee pods under the Keurig. I'll definitely go back.

Let me start off by saying simple Euro as the best customer service that I've had experienced. I would never bring my GLE 450 Mercedes-Benz to any other place. All my services are reasonable price definitely less expensive than taking it to a Mercedes-Benz dealership. And Ryan was great. I definitely be returning for my next service and recommend all my friends with Mercedes or BMWs for any luxury vehicle to take it to Ryan.

SimplyEuro has the best customer service that I've experienced in the auto service industry! (No hyperbole or exaggeration!). I can't get people to answer the phone when it comes to getting my Lexus serviced at other service centers. What a breath of fresh air Raven is at SimplyEuro. I would never bring my Porsche Macan to any other place. All my services are reasonably priced and done with the utmost care and professionalism! Drew works on my Porsche! He has one himself!! They are definitely less expensive than taking it to a dealership, and Raven is great. I definitely will be returning for my next service and recommend all my friends with Porsches, Mercedes, or BMWs or any luxury European vehicle to take it to Raven.

Where to begin... We'll start with the previous 2 oil changes: 2 oil changes ago they returned my wife car back to her and the next morning I noticed oil on floor in the garage. Drove her to work, jacked up the car and found the plug not seated all the way. Used a shop vac and tape to hold a vacuum and remove the plug, cleaned the debries, then re-installed. Oil leak fixed... Last oil change I notice oil on the floor again. Thinking an issue with the drain plug again, but to my surprise the oil filter housing was leaking. Replaced o-ring and tightened - leak resolved. Now to the real issues: On Saturday I get a call the brake fluid is low according to the instrument panel and she says the pedal is pressing down further than it used to. Had her pull over and stop the vehicle. Takes an hour I get there and the pedal goes straight to the floor. Can see the brake fluid leaking from the Master Cylinder area. Cracked MC or leaking fuel line (most likely). Am leaving town for work so I don't have the ability to repair it and we decide to have the service center she's been using do the repairs since they will be cheaper than the dealer. Have the car towed on Monday to Simply Euro (dealer wanted $1000 to fix the line and more if MC). Get a diagnostic stating it is the line and a quote of $1200 to fix it. Not sure how much they paid in parts but dealer cost is $75 and this should be a 2 hour job plus brake bleed. I pay the $1274 quoted price to get the car (added an oil change since it was already there). Start the car and hear metal clanging from the body of the vehicle. Get in the car and dash says the hood is open so I get back out and close the hood. Clanging continues even with hood closed. Press on the brakes and the pedal goes almost down to the floor. Pump up the brakes and pedal returns to normal. Go back inside and ask them if they bled the brakes and they say yes but that they had problems bleeding and thats why it took 3 quarts more than they estimated. Brakes are definately not bled. Load the car on a trailer to remove from facility and pedel goes completely to the floor while loading on the trailer. Check under the hood and see that the plastic screws that hold down the battery cover are missing but it isn't the cause of the clanging. Go back inside and ask for a detailed description of what they touched since the car is now in a worse condition than when I brought it to them. They send me an invoice which doesn't include any detail for just about anything - no part numbers, prices, just a list of hand typed items that doesn't give any actual information and a total amount due... Get the car home and check the work performed. They did an oil change as the oil is new, however, it is about a quart low... Start the car and now there's oil on the floor again so it's leaking oil AGAIN... Brake pedal still isn't right and vehicle still making new clanging noise that wasn't there and one of the brakes (think front left) is now making a scraping sound - pads are new. I don't mind paying for work performed but it doesn't appear as though the correct work was performed. Whatever they have done will cost much more to fix that the initial issue and we still have to rent a car so my wife can get to where she needs to go. Simply put - stay away. Lots of good reviews but that usually means they are fake or they pay to get them... Can't have this much go wrong on a single car and be as good as they think they are. BTW, They charge $240/hr and dealer is $250/hr...

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brought my MINI Cooper S in for a safety inspection and oil service. SimplyEuro European Auto Repair was professional, honest, and easy to work with from start to finish. I was looking for a shop I could trust without driving 60 miles to the Denver dealer — and I found it. This is now my go-to European shop. Highly recommended!

We definitely recommend SimplyEuro. They impressed us with their professionalism and friendliness during our first visit. Their exceptional attention to detail and honesty will keep us coming back to take care of our 2006 Mini Cooper. These guys showed genuine care for our vehicle and we feel pretty lucky to have found them after moving to Colorado Springs.

As a woman I have found going into a car repair shop is never a fun experience. Simply Euro has changed that for me. They take the time to explain things to me in a professional, patient manner and their prices are very competitive. Their knowledge on European cars is extensive. I don’t ever feel like they are suggesting things that are truly not needed. I highly recommend them.

Recently my newly acquired car was making horrid sounds, running terribly and just throwing check engine codes like no tomorrow. Took it to a different mechanic shop and they thought it might’ve been the head gasket going out. Friend recommended SimplyEuro and I was able to get a same day diagnosis and it wasn’t even the head gasket to begin with!!! I cannot recommend this place enough between the impeccable customer service, knowledgeable and friendly staff, extremely skilled maintenance technicians, financing options, constant updates on how the car was doing and the repairs. I even asked them to check my tail lights and they repaired one for free, I never asked them to fix it. I just wanted them to at least take a look. Any and all future repairs and maintenance on my X5 will be done at SimplyEuro only. Massive shoutout to Raven for the exceptional customer service and communication. Thank you all so much for taking great care of me and my car. I’d rate higher than 5 stars if I could.

I brought my 2018 Porsche Macan to Simply Euro for the first time for routine maintenance. Their pricing was much better than the Porsche dealership and their customer service was great too. I will gladly return to them for future service needs.

I have a 2007 Jaguar XK. I took it in last year to get the air conditioner fixed and this year I had to have it reprogrammed because I let the battery die. Their Jaguar Master Mechanic, Caleb, is so knowledgeable, has diagnosed and fixed everything quickly. Then he took the time to show me a couple of little tricks about my car I didn't know! Ryan and Ravin are so nice and communicate every step in the process. They have the best customer service. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

Ryan and the Tech's are amazing. The inspections and repairs to my Audi were top notch. Extremely competitive rates for European vehicles as well. They even set the clock in my car while it was in for service. This shop has a great reputation for a reason. Highly recommend!
