This place is awesome, professionally friendly staff, knowledgeable and reasonably priced for the quality of instalation and parts. Dropped my chevy S10 of last Tue morning to get a quote, had such a great experience with the guys inside and the machanic outside when we where going over everything. I showed them i bluring picture from a video on youtube lol and they made that idea come to life! They made sure I knew what the plan was and made it clear however I wanted them to mount it they could. I got a custom made exhaust for a great price, and fast! Overall great place to have an exhaust installed, will definitely be back for some of my regular services due to the great experience I was provided. Love what you guys did to my truck, exactly what I was intending.

This is about 4 months old. Leaving this cause I just saw another very similar review in regards to a quote. I went in for a quote just to get a muffler swapped for an after market. Quoted over $650 for just a muffler! I’ve had full systems installed for under $500. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw that quote. I thought maybe they accidentally quoted for a full systems I wanted to work with them due to their location and clean shop and seems to have good people which is why I left it at 2 stars. I originally called them cause I referred to someone who had a full system done here for around $450. I know rates have gone up everywhere but that’s outrageous! Another shop in town quoted under $300 and this seems to be close to what I’ve researched many people paying, but it is on the other side of town, I haven’t committed to doing the work and it’s just gotten put off. They also were quoting much higher than what the muffler alone costs.

They got me in same day for an appointment. Installed my aftermarket exhaust and it was really quick, in n out within a couple hours off a walk in basically. Price is definitely reasonable and surprisingly cheap in my opinion. The Customer service was awesome as well. I recommend this place for sure.

This place saved me a lot of money and time. I recently moved here out of state and needed to register my diesel truck that was required to pass an emissions test. I failed the first emissions test due to not having a catalytic converter installed on my truck so I spent a couple weeks calling around to several shops and getting quotes for a catalytic converter. Almost every quote I got was for well over 2,000 dollars just for a catalytic converter!!! Car pros did it for 1100 and then recommended a repair for an axle seal that was leaking for an extra few hundred. So for less than 2,000 dollars I got the catalytic converter installed, a faulty axle seal replaced, passed the emissions test the next day and got the truck registered. I highly recommend this shop and I almost forgot to mention they took my truck in for a pre-inspection to make sure they knew exactly what it needed and it was free! This shop is excellent!

I’ve been coming here for years. The past couple times I’ve come, I have had to decline service. I won’t be returning again. The service writers are not personable at all. Especially “Star” he is not at all nice or happy to help. I just wanted some exhaust work done—even brought my own stuff to make it easier and of course they want $630 for 3 small welds. I said “I’ll pass” when I get the quote. Walk out to leave. No “have a nice day” no nothing! Where did good customer service go? It was nice while it lasted. Hope this review helps someone else.

The service is excellent and the techs really know their trade. I’m a fleet mechanic, but don’t weld or do any custom exhaust work, so I figured I’d bring the classic truck I’m working to them to do the exhaust. The techs, particularly Jonathan who was working on my truck (a 1967 Chevy C20), are knowledgeable and nice people. They let me go under the lift with the tech and describe how I wanted the exhaust to look, where I wanted a break in the system for servicing purposes, and how I wanted the exhaust to exit the rear of the truck. They even reworked the exit location when I realized I had made an error describing how I wanted it. They really went above and beyond when it came to making it the way I wanted it and they cared that I was happy with the work in the end. Todd, the service writer who I scheduled the appointment with, was really helpful and I enjoyed chatting with him as I waited for the work to be done. All the folks at this shop give the impression that they genuinely care about the customer and are willing to work within the customer’s budget. I work in this industry and it seems that this is rarely the case. Though I tend to do all the service and repair on my own vehicles, I have been recommending this shop to anyone I know in the Springs who needs car work done.

A lot of shops will recommend a whole bunch of unneeded work. That’s not the case with these guys they recommended exactly what my vehicle needed and explained so I could understand why I needed it. I brought my truck into Car Pros to get my exhaust rebuilt. Initially they did an amazing job. But they did make a slight miscalculation for my spare tire. After I spoke with them about this they kindly asked me to bring it back and they made it right no questions asked. They were very apologetic and got it done in about an hour. We all make mistakes from time to time. It's great to have a professional mechanic like Car Pros treat their customer with decency and respect. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to them. We're new to the area and I am so glad I found these guys. We needed an alignment and new exhaust tips and John did an incredible job. My alignment is straighter than it's ever been. It's to the point where I keep thinking it's too far left but when I look down, it's perfectly straight (we have the little stripe at the top of our wheel). That tells me that he did a far better job than the place we always went to up north. Thanks John!!
