I was in an accident may of 2023. Progressive suggested this shop to me and they told me it would be 2 weeks to repair my car. Great, so I thought. It ended up being 6 weeks and every time I called asking for an update ( I never once received a phone call from this shop) they told me parts were on back order. Well finally I got sick of hearing this for a month and went to progressive, turns out there were additional repairs needing to be done to my car that was never once communicated to me nor did I approve. Since I kept receiving the run around for a month, my mother decided to call herself one day to ask for an update, and the owner verbally assaulted her for asking for an update on my vehicle. Fast forward to now, I’m still having issues with my car almost 2 years later relating to my accident. Don’t take your car here if you want your car to still need repairs 2 years later and to be treated like pond scum.

Absolutely amazing local-owned collision center! The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly on the phone and in person. They fixed our hail-damaged vehicle and finished it in less than 20 days when the quote was 25-30 days. They made the experience less stressful and they can also work directly with the nearby Enterprise Rent-a-Car when you return your rental so you can drop it off at Blosser's and Enterprise will pick it up for you. Highly recommend the establishment!

Went in today to see about fixing the bottom trim on my car door which was beginning to fall off. They repaired it immediately and very quickly. Then I was told there was NO charge!! Such kindness brought a tear to my eyes. The owner was very friendly and caring. The staff were all very happy to help. This is a rare find these days. Blosser's Collision Center did such an amazing job on fixing my rear bumper. I think it looks better than it did before I was hit! I have never needed body work before, so they helped me navigate the whole insurance and rental car process. They truly went above and beyond what they needed to do for me, getting on the phone and advocating on my behalf with my insurance claims adjuster and expediting and fixing my car early. Getting hit and needing to get your car fixed can be a nightmare, but the guys at Blosser's made it a much smoother process than I thought possible. Their customer service was just phenomenal. Specifically Mike and Chuck (the owner) were so kind and helpful. I highly recommend Blosser's for any needed body work. I've already told all my friends and family about my positive experience with them!

I’m very happy with my experience here. I had to take my truck in for some bodywork in a not-at-fault accident, and the shop made a P.I.T.A. Process as painless as possible. The work was great. We have used this shop twice. There is a good reason they are a star shop for Progressive Insurance. I had my car at a dealership, and moved it here when the dealership moved slow as molasses and wanted to keep my car fir several months. Blosser's did quality work, kept me informed, got me in and out in a very reasonable time. Cute dog in the shop, too! Highly recommend!
