I'm not a person to hold a company to an unreasonable expectation but Jim Gresham, Regional Mobile Repair is out of his league. He will over promise and never deliver on parts and services. If you call him you're an interruption at a time when you were expecting him to arrive and repair your car. When he states he's on his way don't hold your breath. But most of all don't pay him in advance for parts without getting them delivered to your home and OMG don't pay him for services in advance because he won't show up to complete the job. Jim Gresham is running so hard from me and others that he will block your calls and not return a call to you. I'm still waiting for a call back, or the parts i purchased or a refund for services NOT PERFORMED. But it's going on 1 month now so I'll just start posting a review for Regional Mobile Repair on all platforms that I can and maybe Jim Gresham will return my money.

This place sucks! Jim blows smoke up people's assess just to get a dollar. Took me for $1400 plush $3000 in tools. Also he is not allowed an automotive business, compliments of the IRS. This is thanks to Jim's embezzlement and vehicle theft and fraud charges. Thought you did good at sealing your record. I mean really who let's a drunk take customers cars home just to crash them and cover it up? Long story short STAY AWAY

Laughable service. Paid for late night tow for broken down trailer on the road to job site. Received a phone call after their estimated arrival time advising their tow truck had broken down and they could not provide service until first thing in the morning. Advised in the morning that truck would arrive at 11am. Truck arrived at 11:35am, incorrect equipment for job and different than had been discussed with dispatch. Called them after waiting for tow for 15 hours and they advised they could not perform the service and advised they would be refunding the invoice. Ineffective and unresponsive management - Daniel in dispatch is unqualified to be sweeping the floor let alone the position he is presumably being paid for.

I don't normally do this... we had them tow our company van and see what was wrong with it. They told us it was a bad computer and would be between $1000-$3000 depending on if they could find one used. They specifically said not to take it to the ford house because it would be more... We had them tow it to the ford house anyway because we wanted a second opinion... IT WAS A BLOWN FUSE!!!! $256.61 is what the cost was. Thought the world should know!!! They did however get us for $635 for towing and diagnostics...

I can honestly give a 5 star rating. They helped undo damage to my wheels that was caused by my tire blowing out on the highway. Took some time to get back to me but well worth the wait. Friendly conversation meant the most! Knowing people still have compassion for other people. The world isn't so heartless after all! Thank you Jim and Brandon!

I would not use them. My car got hit, not my fault. I took my car in for bodywork. I got everything fixed. When I went to pick my car up, she said they had to jump my car. I don't know why, I just had bodywork done. I got hit on my side. Behind the driver door by the wheel's . Progressive came to my house to get estimate on my car and everything worked fine. When I went to pick up my car the radio didn't work and my wipers didn't turn on The lady said it could be a relay or fuse. Okay then fix the problem .I didn't take my car in for any electrical work . So why doesn't it work ? She said they didn't do anything to the car to not make them not work. So I have to take my car to a dealership. It crazy everything worked fine before I took my car in. DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL

Broke down in CS with bad radiator at 5pm 60 miles from home. Jim the owner came out personally, diagnosed the problem and helped me get the car to his garage. Then drove us to a convenient place for daughter to pick us up. Fixed in one day at a fair price - a real lifesaver.

Ford Escape overheated after 5pm while on a day trip to the Springs. It would not hold any water or fluids. Called and Jim came personally and advised that radiator was cracked and took the car into one of his shops. He dropped us off at a restaurant to wait for our daughter to drive down from Denver. Car was fixed quickly and at a reasonable price the next day. Would use him again in a heartbeat.

Literally by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I needed my shift cable replaced. The repairs were supposed to be done the same day and I got the run around day after day that they got the wrong parts or the parts they put on would break. They put on 4 to 5 parts and either they didn’t fit or they broke them. To find out I had a broken bushing inside my actuator that they put on for “free” after giving me his estimate of 650 dollars and charging me over 150 dollars in “taxes and fees” they kept my vehicle for over a week and hadn’t diagnosed the original issue and the owner lied to me multiple times while I got different stories from his mechanics after showing up there myself after they wouldn’t answer the phone or would send me to voicemail. The owner pretends to please you while he actually has no idea what’s happening in his shop. Please do not go here

They say they’ll fix your car but never answered the phone & hang up on you mid sentence. Charged us almost $1000. Said they’re ordered part never received it. After 3 days went up to shop it looked closed but there was an employee sleeping in there & the employee there was super rude arguing about everything. Would not recommend this place at all. 0/10. After further investigation into the business I found a whole Facebook page dedicated to the owner Jim, with other reviews of customers accusing him of being a scam artist. After my experience I believe this to be true.

DO NOT go to this place if you want to be harassed this entire time your car is supposed to be getting worked on. My friend took her car here and the business owner himself kept harassing her over text and calls for a date. Finally when the car was done after being in an accident, it needed an oil change. She took it to get it changed and she just asked for them to look it over because something didn't feel right. Nothing was tightened down, which caused additional damage and ruined the ball joints. If she would have drive any further in the car she could have been severely hurt and caused more damage to the front end. She paid this business $4,000 for them to cause additional damage and not make it right. She tried to reach out to them regarding the issue and he failed to meet up with her to reimburse her for the damage. After saying he would, he said he wasn't entitled and that she was a joke. Instead, he bragged about booking a vacation. I would never recommend this place to anyone after seeing the treatment she was given and how much money she paid to them to not have it done correctly. More importantly, his feelings were hurt she wouldn't go on a date with him and she just wanted to keep it professional and have her car fixed. Don't go here if you want your car to have further damage and to be harassed by the business owner.

I've used Jim's place several times now, and when my car had additional problems and I had to take it back, he fixed it the same day no charge. He even drove my car 50 miles to make sure the sensors were working properly again before I took it home. He always answers the phone and is reasonably priced.

I have a 2007 GMC Denali and I was having problems with the camshaft and the crankshaft position sensor. I called regional auto mechanics and I spoke with a gentleman named Jim. He was very knowledgeable and understanding with what was going on as I explained the problems that I was having he advised me to bring it to his shop and he but diagnose it and address the issue . So within an hour I got it towed to his shop and he jumped right on it and I'm very happy to choose him with business and I'd recommend him to anybody and I plan on taking a couple other vehicles to him as well I'm glad you guys shared your reviews and that's what makes me share mine . There's no doubt in my mind that the vehicle will not run after me taking it to him I have 100% confidence in this guy very professional and knows what he's doing .

Jim has been a life saver! My car broke down on the 4th of July. Jim and his crew stayed late to help me out. They got my car back to me in a hurry and the price was very reasonable. *READ BEFORE YOU GO TO THIS SHOP!!* Pathetic excuse of a business. I took my car here to be fixed after an accident. When I did pick it up, it needed an oil change so I took it to another show and asked that they double check things. Of course they found that NOTHING was tightened and there were not safety pins. Causing other damage and another large bill. I spoke with the owner who arranged to reimburse me and didn't. He was busier talking about a vacation he was booking, hitting on females at his shop, and how much money he makes. If your safety and your vehicle are important to you, do not do business here!!!
