Good people, great work so far. I have dropped off a 2012 Honda Odyssey and a 2015 GMC Sierra. Van for a timing belt and the truck for a starter issue. Still getting a feel for them. This place was recommended by my father in law.

I was looking for a good mechanic for my son at the Academy. The reviews sold me. Elite Auto did not disappoint. They were amazingly accommodating. My son was able to drop off when his schedule permitted. His car needed a transmission as well as some oil leaks addressed. They gave us price options and a rough timeline for the work. My son got his car back running better than it ever had and an alignment to boot. I would recommend Elite Auto to anyone. Great mechanics and great folks.

Before I start, I am a mechanic and the only time I take my car to any shop is to get a wheel alignment and or new tires, that's it. All the rest I do personally. All of my front and rear suspension have all been replaced, including all the bolts. First, I brought my car to this shop for a wheel alignment after reading some reviews that were on the positive side. The one gentleman at the front desk was pretty nice, I got to give it to them. They put my car on the alignment rack, about an hour goes by and whom I believe is the shop manager walks in to talk to me. He is telling me that I need to replace a handful of my camber/caster bolts "They are all shot" and couldn't finish my alignment without them. He goes on to say that I need to replace all the bolts, the labor fees, and alignment fee, the total was $462, and if I don't, I'll be eating tires until I fix it. I saw the printout bill and for 1 bolt it was $45. I do understand that shops do need to make money, but for the same bolt I can go to any auto shop and get it cheaper. My initial quoted price over the phone was 115 + tax. A pretty reasonable price for the shops around the Springs. After he explained "Their" overview of my car I respectfully asked the gentleman to get my car off the rack and I'm not getting the work done today. He then reassured me that if I don't get the work done, I'll be eating through tires. I can buy 4 brand new tires and a spare for cheaper than that price. They pulled my car to the front, another gentleman handed me my keys and said I wasn't going to be charged today, because no work had been done. I then set up another appointment to a different place. I took my car there and even asked the guy to check all the bolts to make sure they were good. Sure enough they were perfect. I don't know if this place is just trying to rip innocent people off that don't know much about cars, or that they are incompetent. I must surely will not be going back in my lifetime. I have also attached pictures of the alignment from elite auto from before they "adjusted it" and the after where the numbers are worse than before. The second picture is from when I actually got my alignment done and everything is straight and drives smooth. To anyone that chooses to read this review my statement to you is, STAY AWAY.

I was highly recommended to Elite by a neighbor. This is the second time I took a car into Elite for service and was pleasantly surprised that, after spending some time diagnosing my car, there was no charge. They did say that the check engine light was indicating an oil change and the radio needed to be replaced. I highly recommend Elite as a fair and honest repair shop.

These folks are 100% worth putting your trust in for your auto service needs. They run their business with a very high standard of integrity. Fair rates, great communication. After going to them for 3 separate issues on my 2013 F150, they have been wonderful every time. You deserve great service, and they deserve your business. There are a lot of shops out there that will lie and/or overcharge you. Elite isn't one of them! I was having a span of bad luck and they took care of me. When I told them that I couldn't afford the repairs and that I needed to pick my car up, they didn't get mad. Instead, at closing time, every single one of them came out to help push my car onto a trailer. They helped me out when I truly needed it and I will forever be grateful! I hope that I am able to send them plenty of business in the future because I will be recommending them to everyone! Thanks Elite!

I’ve had over a dozen cars visit Elite. Mine, my kids’, cars to buy, cars to sell, cars to revive from the dead, cars to say last rites. Most recently a car we thought mortally wounded that they fixed while diagnosing (loose connection) & just fixed, no stringing along. They got me in same day to give me a second opinion on work a main brand told me I needed. They found no immediate issues, told me what to look for moving forward for my control arm/axel. They replaced my cabin filters, all 3 wiper blades, labor and inspection for less then just the filters at a main brand store. There are thank you cards everywhere and they have multiple families in their 3rd generations going here. This will be my new go to and only go to for my 2015 Forester.

Haven't been there but I will in the future. Was at Walmart on Academy and was about to jack up my truck due to loose lugnuts. Trevor from your shop stopped and helped me!! It was cold and him and his wife didn't miss a beat! I was gonna have a hard time as I recently had knee surgery. It was such a kind and selfless thing for him to help me.
