I rarely write reviews, but I had to share how impressed I am with the team at Firestone! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly faces who truly seemed to care about my concerns. The staff here goes above and beyond—not just trying to sell you things, but actually taking the time to explain what your car needs and what it doesn’t. The mechanics are top-notch and really know their stuff. They fixed a tricky issue with my car quickly and efficiently, and even double-checked everything before I left. I was Christmas shopping and it was 430 and I came out and there was a screw in my tire and Firestone closed at 5 PM. I got there at 4:40 and red was amazing. He didn’t make me feel like I was coming in last minute, he said he would take care of me and he did he got my tire fixed and I was out of there in no time he was very courteous and I was very appreciative of him and his customer service.

All the praise to Jimmy Danella and the team at this store for getting me home safely. Upon arrival to Colorado Springs on a short vacation, the engine on my vehicle began to shudder. I initially went to another Firestone store where the store manager, Drew Brockway, told me he wouldn't be able to service my vehicle in time for my return home so he called Jimmy's store for help. Not only did Jimmy take my vehicle in, he took time to listen to my predicament and timeline and ensured he would do everything possible to find the issue and get it repaired in time. Although it took a couple of days, not unexpected since I just dropped in, they identified the problem and got it fixed. I was able to have a long peaceful drive home because of the caring attitude and hard work they put in. Forever grateful.

Always a good value. Always took care of our issues (flat tire, balancing, tire replacement, etc... Always held up warranty issues with NO push back, and even reminded us of a particular tire that was still under warranty on my wife's car that we didn't even remember. The checked my tire, waited to make sure it held pressure and returned to me really quickly. They could have charged me, but they didn't and I really appreciated that! The waiting room was clean and quiet. I recommend them.

I found out back in the early 2010's that Firstone offers Lifetime Alignments on a vehicle. And it was just like it sounded. I purchased my first Lifetime Alignment for my '97 Camry. I had no additional charges to get any alignments done to it after that. (That did not include parts that I needed replaced to get a proper alignment). If you plan to keep your vehicle for a good long time (like me with my used cars that I keep for 10 yrs or more) & you like to save money on maintenance. (Who doesnt)? It may be useful to get one, too. First one I bought was for my '97 Camry. It was one of my greatest investments at the time! And I certainly used it. If I was heading out on a trip, got an alignment. If I hit one of Colorado Springs' famous potholes & the car was still drivable, got an alignment. Just got new tires put on, got an alignment. I lost count of exactly how many times I had it done. And how many times it really needed it, even if it was for peace of mind. WORTH IT!! Since then, I've bought it for other vehicles. In Dec 2025, I bought their Lifetime Alignment for my newer Camry. And I wish I didn't have to say this, but the Camry has had it's 3rd alignment in a 4 week period (Dec 2025 / Jan 2026). The curb checks have been tough this year. Also worth noting, they deal with my Camry's sensors & new tech that need handled every alignment. If the price for an alignment is upwards of $100, the Lifetime one paid for itself by the 3rd time. Thank you Firestone!! Don't take my word for it. My review is based on my own research & experience. Call up Firestone for yourself & ask about their Lifetime Alignment. I hope your research confirms it's the right decision for you.

This is the 2nd Firestone I have taken my car into since the first one kept telling me that they fixed the problems with my sway bar when they had not after multiple visits. They tell me that not only was the pricing at the other store wrong but they weren't even replacing some of the parts and were installing others improperly. They also give me a list of repairs and some that are routine maintenance and others that were caused due to the others not being fixed. I allowed them to do them including replace the serpentine belt. I get the car back didn't even drive 15 miles and it ends up with engine trouble stalling in the middle of a busy intersection. I have them tow it back in and they tell me that it blew a gasket in the engine and they didn't do it but they can't fix it. MY ENGINE WAS PERFECTLY FINE UNTIL THEY TOUCHED MY CAR! They then say they will send it to Ford but they was a whole day not towing it over even with me calling every one. A whole day was wasted when it could have been getting repaired because they don't want proof they messed it up. They claim they are not responsible for my car and yet here I am without a car and possibly looking at THOUSANDS in additional repairs when they CLAIMED it was PERFECT to drive and go forward.

Red and his boys at this Firestone location are awesome!! He had my tire diagnosed in no time and handled the E-fleet maintenance payment flawlessly. The guy helping him with my tire was supposed to go home, but stayed to work on it anyway. They got me in and out even though the shop was busy. I can tell the guys there are hardworking and want to get you back on the road quickly, but most of all safely!!I highly recommend this store!!!!

Mr Jimmy and Ethan were very friendly and polite. I went in for a oil change a 120 inspection and a tire rotation and it did not take them long at all. They called me to see if I wanted to replace my filters which I did. They were happy to fill out my Lyft inspection form. I highly recommend this place.

I had a really great experience at this Firestone. What I originally came in for turned out to be a different issue entirely, but they were honest, straightforward, and never tried to jerk me around. Instead of pushing unnecessary repairs, they took the time to explain what was going on and gave me helpful advice on how to remedy the issue — even though it didn’t benefit them at all. That kind of integrity is hard to find. I really appreciated their honesty and professionalism.

Went to get an inspection to do ride share with my car. The car failed the inspection. The mechanic explained all of these issues totalling 1800 bucks . Being that i just purchased the car a little over a month ago, I went back to the dealer with the failed inspection paper. I do know a little about cars and some things on this list didn't sound right. Nevertheless the dealer told me to take it to two other places and he'd pay for it. Let me just say that all I needed was a bulb for my tail light. Not 1800 buck worth of work. If I had have just paid for the work the technician said I desperately needed done , I would have been just giving you money. Thats quite predatory, in this economy especially. Im very disappointed

Everyone here was amazing especially red and Ethan. They were able to assist with so many things. My husbands truck needed new brakes/rotors, oil change, and new tires. They were able to get all of that shipped and done within 2 days. They were extremely fast and kind and I would go back time and time again.
