Outstanding service! I used Lighthouse Automotive for the first time today. I needed an urgent repair and no one else in the Springs could schedule me sooner than a week. Raylin and his team were very helpful, getting me in the next day and resolving the problem in less than 3 hours at a reasonable cost. Rylan and the team did a great job making sure they properly assessed and left no stone unturned when evaluating my auto needs. It took some time to resolve them but I would rather thorough service than not so it was worth the wait. They offer reliable service with a great service oriented attitude. Dropped my truck off for pickup tube o-ring replacement. I was going to let them furnish the parts, but after 4 days and nothing done I went ahead and bought quality parts and dropped them off. What I was told would be a 2 day repair, took a week. The excuse was that they had their tech trying to work on 3 different cars at the same time. At this point my instinct told me I had picked the wrong place to work on my vehicle, but I didn't follow my gut and just go pick it up. They called me Thursday afternoon near closing time and told me it was ready. I paid them but had to pick it up a little after hours. At that point I got in and started it. ZERO OIL PRESSURE WARNING LIGHT AND ALARM IMMEDIATELY SCREAMING AT ME. This is the exact problem I dropped it off for. I hit the throttle and the pressure came up so I drove home as I did not want to leave in the crime laden area where the shop is located. When I got it home. I turned it off and restarted it 10 times, each time zero pressure, hit the gas, pressure goes up. They replaced what I asked them to replace, that is not the issue. The issue is that there is absolutely no way they couldn't have known it had zero oil pressure at start up, yet told me the truck was ready. If they had been honest, we could have discussed other diagnostic measures. But they didn't tell me the truck wasn't fixed. They told me it was ready. I am out over $600 in labor, the truck isn't fixed, and they didn't have the honesty or common courtesy to tell me. I wish I had listened to my gut and just picked the truck up and took it somewhere else. Lesson learned. I would never, ever do business here again, even if they were the only shop on the planet and it meant scrapping the vehicle. They were all strapped when I picked it up. I can't help but wonder if that was in anticipation of me finding out my truck wasn't actually fixed after paying the bill. Thanks for nothing. After reading the reply from the owner, I will add. The issue here is not whether the parts I asked to be replaced have been replaced. This issue is they told me it was ready knowing my truck read zero psi oil pressure on the gauge, I paid them not knowing this, and had to pick it up after hours, in the dark, in 20 degree weather, and upon first startup the gauge read zero. Regardless of what this clown says, an honest, reputable shop would not have done any customer this way. This is just a shitty, misleading practice period. All they had to do was be honest and tell me it didn't have oil pressure. They did not have the morals or integrity to even do that. In fact, the owner basically said it wasn't his responsibility to check to see if the truck had oil pressure. How does that grab you?! I also told Carrie to call if anything else came up. I would qualify zero oil pressure "anything else". Oh yeah, I'm getting some visual improvements made to my truck also. See the included proof. Do what you wish and take your car here if you want. I'll try to find someone who values their customers, and holds honesty and integrity at a higher regard. I think you'll get a clue as to what to expect from them by simply reading their reply to this review.

I was in desperate need of a new alternator and battery, as mine was totally shot. As my work schedule is quite squirrely, I was really worried about getting things taken care of quickly. Lighthouse Automotive took really good care of me. The price was fair and they went above and beyond to work with me and my crazy schedule. They were courteous, quick and even replaced a cracked belt, that I didn't know needed replacing. I would highly recommend!

As a female, I don't know much about cars, and when my 2005 Honda Accord had its check engine light come on, I was clueless for what to do. I went to my friend at church who works at Lighthouse Automotive and he said he'd take a look at it. When I brought it to them at their shop, it turns out all it needed was to have the oil changed, which they took care of in no time! It hasn't leaked since and I would HIGHLY recommend them for other work! They were so helpful and respectful, I truly appreciate the work they did!

Lighthouse automotive has great expertise and experience. They have an electrical wizard who fixed me up in short order. After a lengthy dealership experience, I took it here to get it fixed up. They were very methodical and found the issue right away, and weren't afraid to dig in and get it fixed. Saved me from buying an expensive computer module for the system or giving up on my truck. Speedometer was fixed correctly, and the differential was happy again after the service. Took good care of me, and they had the knowledge and know how to get it done and get it out. Saved me a bunch of time. Wish that I knew about this place before hand, but I was definitely glad that I gave them a shot, and they were super helpful and friendly. I got my truck back, all my safety systems are happy again, speedometer is working, and I feel better about driving it around. They are good people and they took care of me, no nonsense friendly and knowledgeable. I'd highly recommend them! It was quite a journey but I'm glad that I found them and they were able to get me sorted.

I am the maintenance manager of a healthcare facility and the axle carrier split open on one of our handicap transportation vans. I ask around to a few people who they would recommend I take out work vans to. They all said Lighthouse, and let me tell you what, they did an amazing job for us. (Advanced Healthcare of Colorado Springs) They were up front about time and cost and have a great team of talented mechanics that were able to beef up the axle carrier with some superb metal work and welding and still had it to us two days after we dropped it off. Needless to say with our issues with Auto Nation buying out the Dodge dealer on Woodman, I am very happy that we found a new shop that can take care of our needs. Thank you to your team for excellent work and communication.
