Had an injector fail in my 2012 Cummins. hydro locked the motor and i thought i was done in. a different shop told me i needed a new motor and weren't equipped to deal with that big of a job for a diesel. That shop recommended Westco. they went through and found i only bent 2 push rods and broke a rocker arm. also needed ALL new injectors due to ALL of them leaking into the cylinders. How the check engine didn't come on is beyond me. Even told me somethings about my truck i didn't know due to not being the 1st owner as well as pointing me in the right direction for some unrelated work. Updated me anytime something new came up and walked me through all the stuff they were doing and replacing and with what they were replacing it with. I know for a fact they didn't just put in cheap junk and i am super happy with how the truck runs. Will use these guys in the future and would recommend if you need a shop. Dave did a killer job and very informative and Angel was always in touch with the updates. 11 out of 10

We went to for warranty work covered under our original purchase of our vehicle. At first glance, we thought we drove to the wrong place as the area looks sketchy. However, we were greeted with warm and friendly smiles and WESTCO immediately inspected our vehicle. We had a very complex problem that required a full engine replacement… all covered by warranty. WESTCO took care of all the paperwork and interface with the warranty company and, because they had to order a new engine, kept us updated weekly of progress. When we picked up the vehicle, the mechanic walked us through everything that was done, explaining in laymen’s terms, and we could easily see the high quality of work that was completed. WESTCO made this complex fix go seamlessly with no effort from our end. Car runs very smoothly and we HIGHLY recommend WESTCO to everyone!!

This shop gave me a great experience. I took it to another shop first and they quoted me twice as much for my U joint replacement and they didn't have the tools to do the axle seal repair. They also charged me $160 just to tell me they couldn't help. So I went to Westco and they took care of everything for a fair price. The u joint job was literally half of what the first shop quoted me. Plus I got some other work done and now I can have peace of mind. Thank you Angel, David and Kadirau!! I'll be back for sure.

I have used Westco for close to five years. I first started using them for our fleet vehicles at the company that I managed. They earned my trust with there honest approach to vehicle maintenance and repair. They would talk me through repairs that are serious in nature and those that are able to be addressed and different times such as routine maintenance times. This guidance would help my company be more efficient with out of pocket expenses and vehicle down time. Because of this I have also started taking all of my personal vehicles to them for all maintenance and repairs. They have gone the distance for my family and that is why WESTCO is the only place we will take our vehicles for repairs. HONEST, HELPFUL and RELIABLE

We've been customers of Westco for over a year now due to my P.O.S Ford Escape. They are fair, reliable, trustworthy and while they were fixing my turbo last week they did a thorough inspection and found that I needed the rear drive shaft to be replaced also, it was barely hanging on and could have been a scary situation if not found. They send pictures of anything that needs repair before you agree. Everyone is kind, knowledgable and helpful and I recommend Westco to anyone!!

Had the o-ring on my fuel tank leaking. Diagnosed it myself using UV dye. Had my wife take it to Westco based on a recommendation. One of the mechanics upsold a fuel pump that wasn’t needed. Unfortunately, they put in the wrong part from Ford so now the fuel gage doesn’t work anymore. $1400 for a non-functioning fuel gauge. Thanks Westco!!! Edit: In response to the owner, the fuel gauge immediately did not work after the replacement; just because I’m writing this review two years late doesn’t change my opinion of Westco. My wife Brianna even went back twice to fix the problem and was told that the old fuel pump was thrown out. Regardless of semantics of if the o-ring or the fuel line was leaking, the car did not need a new fuel pump. Furthermore, ford has several different options and shares numerous parts between the fusions and MKZ’s since they are basically the same car. My guess is that a fuel pump for the wrong optioned Fusion, such as an SE, was installed which caused the ECU to not read the correct fuel level. The old fuel pump, that worked correctly, should have been reinstalled or the correct part should have been put in. Regardless, the repair did not work and I’m still out $1400. Thanks. Edit #2: I just looked up the book rate on WorldPac and they have it listed at 3.5 hours. With the fuel pump from the ford dealership costing $380, that means you charged us $285 per hour!!! Talk about scam city!!!

Westco Automotive is hands down one of the best shops I’ve ever been to! From the moment you walk in, Angel at the front desk makes you feel welcome. She truly goes above and beyond with her customer service — she knows her customers by name, communicates clearly, and has a way of explaining car issues so that even someone with zero car knowledge can understand. She makes everything stress-free and easy. The technicians are just as amazing. They don’t just work behind the scenes; one of them even stepped out to explain things directly, which gave me confidence in the work being done. The communication is excellent — you’re kept in the loop about your vehicle every step of the way. The lobby is also worth mentioning! It’s decorated so uniquely and has a really good vibe — nice and cool, super clean, and stocked with snacks and drinks, which makes waiting comfortable and pleasant. Westco was very professional. I was short on money and they used a tow truck company to pick up my vehicle With no questions asked. My truck went in for a rear differential and their prompt service, their professional attitude, and their updates, which is what I really did like the most, Made things less complicated and easy to communicate with them, and as I received updates through their service, I was able to see the breakdown along with pictures and I could either approve or deny the work to be done prior to any service! I will definitely be back to see them again for future work and I would recommend 110% to have your vehicle worked on there as well! Thanks Westco!!!
