Call for roadside assistance the female that answered the phone was extremely rude unprofessional and Couldn't tell me the tire size after I gave her the vehicle make model and year. Took it to Big O Tires down the street no problems.

Went in on an emergency visit and they were able to squeeze me in. Very Hometown shop feel with great mechanics. They ask questions to make sure the job gets done well

Thank you so much for helping my husband out. After AAA dropped the truck off at auto plaza a block away and he had to get an Uber because of covid they can't ride with AAA. He also had our 4 year with him and Auto plaza said they couldnt fix it and tried to sell us 4 new tires instead. Thankfully all purpose auto has some good humans working there and said yes we will fix your stem and had him in and out quick. Thank you. We will be back and recommend you guys!

Best overall experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic yet. Not only did the get my truck in right away they finished the job in one day and went above and beyond to gain my trust. Not to mention cheapest quote I received between 3 different company’s!

I've gone to this shop when it was Otto's and was nervous that it had changed management. My worries were put to rest quickly. Ryan was incredibly awesome, knowledgable and honest. My bill was actually less than quoted because he noticed it didn't take as long as originally quoted and fixed it. What other shop would do this? I will recomnend them to everyone!

I'm sure that their services as mechanics are good, and they are quite honest, from our exchanges. However, we were interested in a vehicle they had listed for sale, and attempted to make an appointment to see it, since the ad stated very clearly that appointments were required. I spent most of the day texting back and forth with them trying to set a time to see the vehicle, and it got quit late in the day, so we agreed to see the vehicle the next morning. We passed up an opportunity on a similar model in preference for the one being sold here, and there next morning when we were getting ready to leave I receive a text that the car had been sold, and in fact sold the night before. I find this to be incredibly unprofessional. When an appointment is made, any and all other interested parties should be offered appointments after those prospective buyers. At least, that's how I've done business all these years. And if something is "first come, first serve", don't require an appointment, and don't take all day to respond to an inquiry.

Tiarra was super pleasant to work with and gave me several options at all price points for tires. The mechanic, Jackson, is one of the best around. I am so glad I found All Purpose and will be my go to place! In a world where customer service seems lost, this place knows how to treat you!

Tiara and Jackson y'all are the best!!! Y'all went above and beyond to help me with my car! Background: bought my car 4 months ago from a dealer. The dealership couldn't figure out what the issue was had me replace parts and still didn't fix my issue. Took my car to another shop, that shop said nothing was wrong with my car. Now, on to all purpose auto and tires.....y'all made my car brand new! Thank you so much! I will spread all the love you guys and gals! Awesome prices. Awesome timing. Just all around the best! If I could give y'all 100 ⭐'s I would! Thank you, thank you!

Went in for an alignment after hitting a pothole on Union. Frank was friendly and straight to the point. He let me know they had other services available without being pushy about an add-on service to my current issue. The alignment was incredibly fast. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Overall a pleasant experience. I would recommend.

All Purpose was AMAZING. I hit a curb on my way to work, totally flattened my rear passenger tire. They were the closest to my job. Took my car without an appointment or anything. I Needed all 4 new tires anyway, so went ahead and had them all replaced. Figured hitting the curb meant its finally time for me to fork up the money and get them all replaced. They asked me a price range I wanted to keep it at. Told them 800 or below. Originally Rory quoted me at about 600. Then when I went to pick up he got the price even lower to just under 430. I appreciate Rory soo much for that!! Cause it's a struggle out here. Thank you

I went in to have my tires mounted and balanced. On the phone they told me it didn't take long but after over an hour I was told they had only mounted and balanced one tire causing me to miss a very important VA appointment. I wouldn't recommend this place if you have places to be. After expressing my urgency with time the employees started being rude.

Actually love this shop. I'm not a big fan of mechanic shops as a whole but they earned themselves a definite repeat customer. Jackson is an awesome mechanic and super good dude, Mary was super personable. Honestly can't recommend this shop enough. Took exactly quoted time, quoted price, problem solved. They didn't try to bleed out my bank account. You can't go wrong with them

Previously had a decent alignment service here so I returned with different vehicle that had steering issues. Diagnosis was bad bushings. Was quoted $900+ for new lower control arm and alignment. I bought the new bushings to replace myself and when I got vehicle in the air I noticed the bushings were fine, but the bolts were just loose causing the steering issue. A regular alignment ($100) and tightening those bolts would solve the issue. I called to get it back in the shop and resolve the miss diagnosis, but they wouldn't fit me in till next day. Went down the street to different shop and was able to be fit in that afternoon with resolved issue. Staff is friendly, but a $900 quote on a misdiagnosis for something simple and not making the time to fix it is a major flop in my opinion. This shop needs to tighten up.
