The Cooper Team took care of me on short notice and for a great price. I was scheduled to go to the local dealership and was concerned about the cost they quoted me. I needed to have a taillight assembly replaced on my motorhome. Cooper Automotive said they could do the job (splicing the wires, etc.) for possibly under $150.00 an hour. They got me in at the time I specified and called to tell me that the job was done. Cost me about $140.94. I am pleased with the work that was done as I have been in the past.

I have used Cooper Auto for many years. I continued to use Cooper Auto after Ian bought it. He has always treated me like a friend. He made sure things were fixed properly and promptly took care of any issues. My vehicle broke down between Franktown and Black Forest. Ian got right on it and completed things very quickly. Turns out that it was something simple to fix. They also did a transmission service. No issues yet even though vehicle has almost 300K miles and I don't know if the transmission was serviced previously. My kids use Cooper Auto.

I’m kind of upset. They repaired the transmission. Had the vehicle not even 12hours…and, it stalled on me. Mechanic (Joe) came to help. He said it was the starter; it went out. PAID…to get starter replaced. And, it wasn’t the starter. They said they had to dig a little deeper to see what’s going on. I’m still waiting to hear from them. Really not happy. Especially after paying almost 7000.00

They did a very good job to get me in on a busy day. However the inspection I payed for did not show a couple of bigger ticket items that seemed hard to miss once I had the jeep in my hands. A bent rear axle shaft and lots of worn parts up front. Maybe it was just an off day.

So, here's the story. I have a dash light indicating an engine issue. The code says it's the Oil Pressure Sensor. We know Ian through an SBEN group. We got a quote on how much to do the work for replacement. While replacing the part J Salazar noticed how bad my Renegade was vibrating upon start & while running. He found that my motor mounts were just about gone!! I am so happy for the repair & that Mr Salazar caught this! Yes, it was a little more than what we expected. But you cannot put a price on safety & functionality!! Thank you Ian, Bethany, Mr Salazar & Cooper Automotive!

Bethany is such a sweetheart. She communicated thoroughly and updated me when she could during the entire process AND paid for a Lyft to get me to work while my car was getting worked on.
