Rebuilt transmission in summer 2022. Had to redo the work in 2023 and now the car won't go into gear at times. Won't respond to get the issue fixed.

I really enjoyed working with them at first . They came to me , had my car towed , and had it fixed by the day . They worked on my radiator and power steering . I don’t know a lot about cars but the first time I drove it the radiator that they put in literally fell off and was just loose in my car . After that it was just problem after problem and this went on the course of over a month . I have a special needs child & I was missing important appointments for her .I was barely able to get back and forth to work and lost my job , also had to walk my kids to school every day no matter rain or shine . Took to another mechanic and he told me everything was just incorrect and poorly done . Ultimately I ended up having a blown head gasket and other costly repairs (whether nicks fault or not it should have been caught) and I’m having to get rid of my vehicle completely and am just out that money . Take your money elsewhere and have it done right the first time

-3 stars. Terrible place. You could possibly do a better job with YouTube and a blindfold. I’m missing bolts out of my transmission. They left so manny things just unhooked didn’t even try. So now I have to pay a real mechanic to fix there mistakes.

Horrible business! They had my truck for a month just to change the timing chain; which is only a 14 hr job. The place is filthy and owner and staff are never there. I was repeatedly lied to and office lady is beyond arrogant and rude! Go somewhere else!

They replaced my transmission in my 2013 Chevy avalanche. After I drove it home there were a few problems I had with the transmission but they were there in minutes to fix the problem. They are great Mechanics and I will use them again. They are honest and trust worthy.

I do not recommend to anyone. I spent $800+ on getting a seal replaced. I was told multiple times that my car was next or would be ready a certain day and was not. It took over a month. Now that I have it, it has problems it did not have before this “seal” broke off. I was told they would come by and see what’s wrong with it and never did, I have called and messaged without a response. Do not waste your money. Take it to someone who actually cares and is willing to communicate with you and fix your vehicle right the first time! Trust me.

This is the place to bring your vehicle if you want it to be way more damaged than it was to begin with, AFTER they keep it for months. We have spent so much money undoing the damage these people did. STAY AWAY!!!

If I could rate 0 stars I would . This is a horrible place and nick and Ashley are very rude. I purchased a car from them and it’s been over 30 days since I’ve gotten my title. Mind you the owner said if I knew anything I wouldn’t even be pulled over for no registration due to the laws recently changing . Abilene dmv and police determined that was a lie. Save ur money and peace shop elsewhere. They only care about the money. They also said someone is waiting since February.

If I could give them less stars I would. Theses people sold my son in law a car on Friday the next 2 days it snowed and the car wasn't driven. At all. The following Tuesday when he was able to go to work the transmission started slipping on the highway. And now. Will not engage in drive or any other gear. Called this place and they told me the car was sold as is. Wouldn't even offer to try to help. I've been a mechanic for a long time and that honestly just goes to show your willingness to stand behind your word as a man. That's $4100 out the window. If I were anyone I would stay as far away from these people as possible
