Note they do not take Discover or AMEX. Honestly they really only take cash. This place is all about the money and less about the customer and the quality of service. You would think they would try to build relationships but that is not their concern. It is all about the MONEY! If they were upfront and honest about wanting cash in the beginning I would have been okay but they were dishonest and rude. They will try to pressure you to use cash because it saves them money on fees. Also be ready for the woman Vicki who answers the phone. She will dismiss all your concerns and tell you anything to get you to sign the paper giving them the permission to do work on your vehicle. It also gives them permission to charge you for the car being parked there and for their lawyer fees if you end up in court. Gary the manager does not run his staff well and lets them get away with anything. They run over him like he is an intern verses the company manager.

Gary and Cliff went above and beyond helping through my recent accident. They went as far as dealing with the insurance company who were dragging their feet throughout the entire process. It was an incredible headache to get anything done with the insurance company but these guys went out of their way to step in and get it done. Without them it probably would have taken even longer than it already did. Car came out great and I can't say enough about their service.

These guys know exactly what they're doing, no question about it. On top of that, they're going to take great care of you. Not proud to admit, been involved with 3 accidents over the last 2 years from other reckless drivers not paying attention and I've brought my car here every time. Got rear ended, victim of side door collision and idiotic driver slamming the brakes in front of me - all were fixed timely and left my car looking like it was brand new (literally because I bought the car in 2015).

I hit my wife's car in our own driveway .Put 2 large creases in both drivers side doors on Her Beautiful black Ford Fusion. These guys done a absolutely beautiful job on her car.Black has to be perfect. I know good body work and I was impressed with the work they did.

Best auto body place I've been to. The parts arrived earlier that expected and they finished the repairs and painting faster than expected and they do the best job. They even washed and vacuumed the vehicle as well as clean the tires! It was detailed! You can't go wrong with this place. :-)

I really liked the work they did on my car, came back to me as it was brand new from factory, the girl upfront were super polite and helpful, she showed me who to call and what to do (it was my first accident and i didn't know what to do). They kept me updated, they would send me at least 1 txt a week, sometimes 2, and also call me, giving me updates on my vehicle, i never once needed to go after them to see what is going on with my car. They gave me the estimated date to be ready, and it was ready on the date they gave me, i really needed my car ready on the date they gave me ,and it was, i really appreciated that.

This is the best body Shop I ever been to since I have been driving. The staff treats you very nice and they accommodate you with alternate transportation and they also work in a timely fashion and the work is amazing. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I recently had an issue with my driver's side door not latching. Being from out of town I had no idea of where to take my car to be repaired and had passed by this shop on my way to my grandson's school. I figured it was worth a shot and I am so pleased I did! I had no appointment but my car was immediately taken into the shop to assess the problem and subsequently a repair was done. The staff at this shop went over and above anything I could have imagined. All were very helpful and friendly. I cannot say enough about the professionalism I witnessed here. I was in and out of the shop within an hour! I would definitely recommend them for all your repair needs!

I was in a fender bender last month and my insurance company has a plan with A Plus Autobody. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. They reached out right away to schedule the service, sent the bills straight to the insurance company and even allowed me to drop my rental (Hertz) there when my car was ready. The staff was professional, friendly and courteous throughout the process. They kept me informed about the schedule and got it back to me 4 days before the promised date. My car was beautiful when I picked it up: inside and out! What a great business in our area. I can’t speak to the prices since it was all cover by insurance, but my entire experience was really great!

Someone also noticed our rental never showed while sitting outside he brought us inside the closed shop and called the rental shop and then drove my wife and I to the rental shop. A plus in book. Ive had a few accidents to deal with in my 27 years of driving and the body repair was always such a pain in the butt! But this was by far the easiest, least painful experience I’ve ever had to deal with…. From the rental to the pick up everything went smooth and everything looks great again and im pretty sure they even washed my truck for me! Thanks a plus!
