Excellent customer service. The owner personally inspected my 2002 sedan to diagnose a bizarre coolant system failure, then called me directly to explain that the radiator failure might just be the tip of the iceberg. He wanted to ensure that I didn’t pay for an expensive radiator repair only to then discover deeper and more expensive problems, so he made some temporary coolant system repairs—free of charge—so that I could drive the car around for a few weeks to rule out other issues. I’m tremendously impressed.

I cannot recommend Triangle Service Center enough. I went in today for an inspection sticker, oil change, and a tire sensor issue, and I was blown away by the speed and quality of their work. Robin, Nicho, and Dax are an absolute dream team that made me feel so welcome. They were incredibly kind, professional, and took the time to make sure I actually understood what was going on with my car. The pricing was very reasonable. Triangle Service station was the very best experience. They were excellent to work with, considerate of some special circumstances, knowledgeable and detail oriented. At first, I was hesitant regarding idea of communicating by texting mostly. However, I have never had such a high level of communication with a mechanic or service station as this one. Nicho was wonderful outlining their findings and recommendations, helped us prioritize what was needed and explained why. The written estimate and final paperwork, was a complete write up, outlining what they found, work performed, and listed what should be followed up on and done next. There was no pressure or upselling. They identified issues causing noises we had mentioned. The entire office was warm and welcoming. I highly recommend Triangle Service Center. Despite their on line schedule saying when the next appt was, we were pleasantly surprised to be able to drop off the car earlier, and they were able to fit it in sooner. They offered to work with us for a pick up time as well. I can't say enough positive about them.
