A&R gave me a free same-day estimate after I got into an accident, and then worked with me to keep costs down for what insurance wouldn't cover without compromising safety. They were friendly, communicative, and helpful, and got the work done reasonably fast given that I needed a lot of work done. Great experience at a family owned local business. My car had a dent and a bunch of scratches on the passenger-side front door. I didn’t want to go through my insurance for fear of them raising my rates. So A & R Auto worked with me on that and gave me a really good price. Alex described to me exactly what needed to happen, and how it was to be done. I very much appreciated the time he took to educate me. Very professional. Very respectful. Celia who managed the desk, worked up the quote. Celia is great, making my entire experience a pleasant one. She was always available, knowledgeable, and helpful when I called. I only wish she’d told me from the beginning that payment needed to be in cash or cashiers check upon pick up. I had to hustle to get to the bank before it closed. In the end it all worked out. Two thumbs up…especially because I the job was done a day early! I took the car in on Monday, and picked it up on Thursday. Highly recommend.

From Day 1 when I left my BMW with Alex at A & R I felt comfortable that I had made a good choice in selecting A & R for the repairs and I wasn’t disappointed. Through the whole process from start to finish he kept me aware of the status from the claim submission to the completion of the work AHEAD of schedule. When I went to pick up the car it reminded me of the day that I had purchased her 10 years ago, the job was exceptional. The owner Alex, his brother Roy, and sons Alex and Gabriel were all super friendly, professional, and well groomed. My repair was small, the bumper on my daughter's car. They could have sent me away like the big company down the street, but instead they fit me in within an hour. Gabriel did a top notch repair quickly. I super appreciate this family owned business and the care they have for even a new customer with a small repair job. We will definitely turn to A&R first in the future.

Took in my 08 Wrangler. My fender flares and the pieces around the windshield were showing clear coat wear and the beginning of rust. First, I thought I'd have to paint the whole vehicle but Alex and team were honest that they could match it to ~98% especially cause the new paint would be on different planes and that it was best not to touch the rest of the Jeep until we needed to. They could've easily tried to sell me a new paint job and didn't! Secondly, the match is amazing and she looks beautiful and they finished it on time!

I based my choice to have body work done at A&R after reading the great reviews, and they definitely lived up to it. I bought a car without knowing it had previously been in an accident. I wanted it to be as perfect as possible, and A&R did everything they could to make it look amazing without me having to essentially rebuild 1/4 of the car. It took a little longer than originally expected, but only because they were committed to doing it right. They kept the original cost estimate, even though there was substantially more labor and paint involved. They even fixed an unrelated lugnut issue! I love that this is a true family business, and I’m so grateful for the work they did on my car. Definitely recommend!

Came in with a aftermarket bumper for my lexus that was painted by me but did a very mediocre job, they gave me a very reasonable price and re sprayed the bumper and matched it perfectly, not an easy color from lexus to match and these guys did great. would highly recommend these guys.

I had purchased some after market parts for my Jeep wrangler jku and Alex and his employees did a magnificent job. Winch, bumpers, auxiliary lights and a few other items were installed. It took about a week but it came out picture perfect for me. Once all was done, there was an issue with my stereo. Alex thought maybe the amp blew and offered to make it right. He inspected the amp and even purchased a used one to make it right but found that it was still good working order. He reset the stereo and everything was back to normal. He is an honest man with a great integrity. With this being said, I like to think of them as my shop for all my after market needs. Next up is the exhaust and then a lift!! I’m stoked and look forward to allowing them to work on my wrangler again!! If you have needs like I did then I highly recommend Alex and A&R Body shop. Thank you guys and I’ll see you soon. Just got the exhaust in!!
