Honestly super disappointed with my experience here- seemed like they did decent work but it was incredibly half assed, not to mention the attitude i received from Mariah in every interaction. they drained my battery during repairs & had to replace it, had lots of unexpected charges. Nate was helpful and kind when it came to covering the battery cost and towing it back to them after it died and he is the sole reason for not giving this review 1 star. The BIGGEST UPSET is how the car drives now- I drive a standard and it feels as if someone took it on a test drive and taught themselves how to drive stick on it. Clutch is feeling crunchy, as if they drove my vehicle unnecessarily hard causing other damage... but there's no way to prove it. Honestly, don't take your vehicle here. 4k later and it still doesn't feel right. unprofessional & disappointing.

I brought my car in with a known issue and asked if Firestone could take care of it. They scheduled me, so I assumed the work would be done. Instead, after about three hours, they just repeated the same information I had already told them and sent me off with information I already knew and a bill for it. Nothing was fixed and I lost half a workday to hear the same recommendations I came in with. I expected them to actually address the engine codes and to at least inspect the head gasket if necessary. Now I'll be looking elsewhere for a shop with technicians willing to actually do the work. But hey, at least they were polite while doing it.

Horrible experience! I had a scheduled appointment for 12pm. They said it would only take 30 minutes. It’s now almost 2pm. And still waiting. Not only will I never come back to this location but I will never go to a Firestone again. What a waste of time!

The threads on my tire were showing, the menaul location was able to get me in next day. I was greeted by Keith with professionalism and full attention. After explaining what was going on, he grabbed me to discuss recommend actions. After the work was complete, there was some not so good news on my vehicle and the alignment. Keith was upfront, honest, and helped me understand the why behind the partial failure/what work should be completed next on my vehicle. We discussed a care plan and I left feeling confident that my vehicle is safe but needed a serious attention. Bathrooms were clean as well as location. Al thought I didn’t apply, I appreciated Keith recommending any discounts/credit card promotions to drive business and save me money. I was in and out in an hour which might be a record compared to any shop I’ve gone to. Thank you to Keith and the Firestone staff for their professionalism and commitment to ensuring auto care/customer service is done the right way the first time.

Honestly hoang and his team bring perfection and professionalism to this firestone. Went in for an alignment, no appointment. Got me in just advised me it would be a bit of a wait. Understandable. Got in in 35 minutes. Got my alignment checked out. Was out of alignment. Hoang wet over the alignment sheet with me and what it all meant. Very knowledgeable and professional. Purchased the lifetime alignment. More bang for my buck. Thank you hoang and your team. Definitely will be back

You guys really want to give the excuse “it’s because two people called in” How unprofessional can this store be? Waiting over two hrs for a vehicle inspection is ridiculous especially after being told it would only take 30 minutes. After two hours of waiting I ended up telling them give me my car back. Seems like if you need something done at this location you need to plan to be here for a few hours for something so little that needs to be done. What is the point of having appointments? I will never come to a Firestone again!

This is a great place to get your car serviced. I had a water pump fail on me they got me in quickly when nobody else could. They did a full swap of the pump and fluids and cleaned up the fluid that had leaked. A year later the part started to go bad I called them up and they brought me right in and fixed up the part no cost to me. If you need maintenance bring our vehicle here easy and helpful to work with!

The district manager Fernando was excellent in helping resolve an issue. His communication skills were the key. Also credit to the mechanics who twice gave me a lift to my hotel over half mile away ....yes things went wrong in my dealings here and 50 percent of that falls on me. But again the DM stepped up and made things much better. So I feel 5 stars is warranted and deserved even though the issue with the car is beyond their techs fixing it and it has to go to dealer. That happens all the time with cars and technology. Thank you again Fernando well done and the team has a good leader with you

The entire crew was friendly, and most helpful in my decision making process. The Bridgestone Dueler AT Ascent tires are amazing, so much better than the Nitto Grapplers I had on for the last 30K miles. The ride is so much better, today it snowed and they had much better traction than the Nitto's! Great recommendation by your staff! These tires with warranty and installation were $500 less than the Nitto's that Discount Tire quoted me!

What great service! I want to thank the fantastic Firestone employee who went out of her way to assist me today. Sadly, in my excitement, I forgot to get her name! I’m a senior citizen who purchased my own tire inflator due to the scarcity of air hoses readily available to the public. Unfortunately one of the fancy valve stem caps I had purchased would not come off no matter how hard I tried. I stopped by the Firestone on Menaul (where I had purchased based my Bridgestone tires) seeking assistance, thinking I might have to replace the entire valve stem. This very kind Firestone associate took the time to remove the faulty cap and actually replaced all four caps with new ones at no charge. I can’t thank her enough for her patience and kindness. If you need tires or other car service, I recommend this Firestone on Menaul. Really great customer service!!!!

We were driving from Kentucky to Phoenix, AZ. When we got to New Mexico two messages appeared on the dashboard: low air in one tire, and oil change due. Other auto care places told us we would have to wait hours before they could see us, but Sam told us to come right in. Her staff found and fixed a nail in our tire, changed the oil, and had us on our way in a reasonable time frame. Plus, Sam submitted a claim to the rental car company so we did not have to pay for the repairs. Needless to say we were extremely happy with the service we received from Sam and her crew.
