Best garage in Albuquerque. I was recommended to other places and only the sister garage to Brake Masters was the only place I was treated fairly. Brake Masters has taken care of me, repeatedly stand by their work and 100% of what they say they will do they do. I could not be happier with any garage in the city of Albuquerque and I’ve been to most The entire staff at Brake Masters is sincere, patient courteous and respectful and that’s just in addition to the outstanding work they do. I will no longer be going to any other garage for future endeavors, and I continue to repeatedly go back to this place because they stand by their work and because they’re upfront with the situation. Break Masters was recommended by a family member and I was not disappointed. Francisco N. was the technician who inspected the break system and per his recommendation new break pads were installed, front rotors resurfaced and back rotors replaced. It was a pleasure working with Sal (advisor) whose caring and professionalism is appreciated as he kept me updated on the progress of the work being done to the car. Our experience here was not a good one when we dropped off our vehicle. We had them change out spark plugs, and coil with our own parts. When we picked up the vehicle, they said it was still having the problem and the man who totaled Us out was very rude and mad that I was asking questions about what got done, I think the fact that I am a woman I knew more about what I was talking about then he did as a service advisor or a cashier I’m not sure what he was ? And still the 450 that we paid just for labor I feel was still outrageous. Then we took it to go get a diagnostics and found out that the mechanic had not connected wires to the coils and therefore was still causing the misfire. I will not recommend anyone ever to this location and maybe even brake masters overall. I worked in this industry before and their professionalism was horrible!★☆☆☆☆ a month ago

Terrible customer service and really unprofessional, I’m a regular here and every time I’m here the guy here who says his a “manager “ acts like he hates his job, he was so rude and even proceeded to harass me. I asked to speak with a supervisor and he didn’t want to give me any info. And as I was walking out he brought out someone else with a face tattoo with him and both of them followed me to my car and started to harass me and started taking pictures of me and my car and the “manager “ with the attitude even said “check mate” ?
