Highly, highly recommend!! It's wonderful to find a craftsman who knows his stuff and is professional and ethical. Mike has all of those skills. Kori is amazing to work with. Again, very professional and responsive to questions and needs. Both Mike and Kori went out of their way to work with us on scheduling and coordinating several residences in our neighborhood. Everyone was as pleased as we are with B&S Power Services. We will be calling them again for our servicing and repairs.

The office is managed adroitly by Kori Lynn Madrid, a consummate, customer-centric professional who lets nothing, and I mean nothing, slip through the cracks. At first contact, via phone or the B&S Power Services' website, you are managed with care and a laser focus on your priorities. B&S Power Services travelled the 300 miles round trip to service our generators and Michael Baca isolated and resolved a number of technical issues with alacrity and panache. The service is prompt, communications are direct and to the point, and the team is a joy to work with and be around.
