I am so thankful for this place. They really came through for me in a bind and replaced my tire that I found had a screw in the sidewall the evening before I was set to leave on a road trip. They made the process quick, easy, and affordable. Customer service was exceptional and no problems with the work they did. I would recommend to anyone. Also so thankful for their flexible hours which came in extremely handy for me. Didn’t catch names but yeah, everyone was amazing.

I went for the works waited 2 hours despite having an appointment at 5 didn’t get seen till almost 5:20 left near 7 Just to find out they lied about my brakes lied about my tires cause I’m getting new from ones from discount and they didn’t rotate my tires they didn’t fill my washer fluid man 78$ and two hours waisted I expect this from jiffy lube not they guys who maintain my car they said my tires were 6 tread depth all sides

The last two times I’ve had appointments for oil changes here it has been a two hour wait to get the vehicle brought back and then another hour for the oil change. This last time, the guy at the desk said that the appointments aren’t really appointments but just a place in line. ???? It’s a shame because they used to be a lot better.
