Extremely frustrated! They still have our truck after 3 weeks and no update! Brought it in for a Ford recall on Dec 22 with estimated 2 day turn around for the software update. They called and said we needed a new battery to do the update, fine, we agreed. Then no follow up. Turns out when the software was installed it actually killed the PCM (computer) and the truck can no longer function. They submitted a claim to Ford but NO ONE contacted us to let us know the status. If the truck can’t function, the PCM needs to be replaced no matter what. We were never given the option to pay out of pocket or wait for Ford. I authorized the purchase of the PCM and told it would take another two days. Now that they have the PCM, we are being told we need two key fobs in order to update. Why wasn’t this addressed previously. It’s like they keep tacking on charges but never contacting us. So here we are… no information, they want $300 for a second key fob (which shouldn’t be needed) and when I called today, the service rep is out of the office, along with the manager and director. How convenient. Due to their errors we can’t even pick up the truck and take it anywhere else. Meanwhile I’m having to pay for rental car out of pocket due to their lack of due diligence.

Nick was very good at keeping us informed and the technicians did a good job. It was not his fault, but we didn't think it was fair to charge us $245 to determine that there was no problem even though the electrical system warning light had been going on. It should have been covered by our premium service agreement.

Jessica was kind and helpful. Don Chambers was good. But corporate Ford not much. 1⭐️ I have 56000 miles and 5yrs. Transmission went out, recall on part told not on mine. That's with paying $3800 for extended warranty. Had to pay $2,475.72 out of pocket. All other companies give 10yrs 100,000 mile warranty standard on powertrain. But not Ford 3yr 36,000 standard. Don't think I'll ever buy another Ford. 😖 David Jaramillo.

We bought 2 vehicles day after Christmas from Nick. Nick did an awesome job, he listened to us and made the process easy. They worked with us on our trade in. We leased one vehicle and financed the other. They didn’t steer us to either or and same with our finance guy. They made recommendations and didn’t pressure us into buying. I can’t say enough good things about my Service Advisor, Nick! I’ve been dealing with a recurring issue on my Focus for a while, and the process of getting it fixed has been really stressful and frustrating. If I could give this dealership a zero, I would. This was, without exaggeration, one of the worst automotive service experiences I’ve ever had. I brought my car in for a recall, which I was told would take a few days, it ended up taking over a week. Communication was non-existent, and I was informed by the technician, Trevor, that a member of his team performed unauthorized work without notifying him before ‘completing the recall.’ My car had no issues prior to service, yet when I received it back, it was worse. My never jerked before and when I received it back from the recall it was jerky. Now, they claim the repair for that will cost $7,000. Even after having the manager, Ed, inspect the vehicle, nothing was resolved. This level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I will never repurchase a Ford, nor will I return to this dealership. Customer service, honesty, and competence appear to be entirely absent here. Consider this a cautionary warning to anyone thinking of trusting them with their vehicle.

Dan texted and phoned me to advise me of the installation status for a frame hitch that arrived in the shop. By the time I arrived at Chalmers Ford to complete the purchase of my vehicle that day and inquired further about the frame hitch installation, I was directed to Dan who said the hitch was nearly finished being installed. Dan invited me and my wife to have a seat, but spent a great deal of time answering a variety of questions regarding aspects of undercoating my vehicle. He took the time to invite me and my wife into the service area to explain how undercoating would be done by Chalmers Ford technicians. Overall, Dan was cordial and we had an enjoyable time talking with him as he patiently answered all of our questions. I must wait to use the frame hitch before evaluating how it performs for me.

I recently had my F150 serviced with Don Chalmers. When I arrived with my vehicle I was greeted professionally and kindly by Trevor. He asked how he could help me and listened to my needs.
