Friendly service and the oil change was completed pretty quick. The only thing I noticed about it is they took my air filter out to show that it was dirty , but when I told them I was going to replace it myself, they put it back in the car but they tore it when did they. They didn’t say anything about it getting torn so if I wouldn’t have replaced it as soon as I got home it could have been a problem

I've been to all the spots to get our fleets oil change done. This is above all else. The one next to a grocery store is the worse I've ever seen. I cone here now. They take care of all I nedd and make my day better knowing there professionalism is above all else. Respect to the workers there. They deserve the best. Cause they give us the best. Bravo. Brought the car in for an oil change ONLY - Technician opened the air filter without authorization; when I questioned it, I was told they knew what they were doing. Both air filter housings were broken and left open. Dealer quote to fix the damage: $1,500.

I waited by my car. No on came and checked me in. I went inside at counter and asked if this is where I checkin? Guy at counter just said have a seat we will get to you. 30 mins later he asked which car was my and said he would pull it in. Still no real checkin. Car is in the Bay,its being worked on. They still have not asked what I want? Sat for little over an 1 hour before being called up to the front. Start to Finish was 1 1/2 hours. Way too long for a 15min oil change.
