Pay a little more for quick service. Over an hour and a half wait on a simple tire change. People that arrived after me got out before me and they were getting oil changes. Later after complaining they said we prioritize oil changes because we’re timed.

Amazing service! Today my husband and I were stranded with two flat tires and ten minutes to close the manager of the auto center took care of us. He still had people he needed to take care of and he didn't leave us stranded. I couldn't be more happy with the blessed service I received today. Thank you so much!

2 hours to change tires on a Toyota corolla. I was next in line with an emergency flat. Discount tire can change 4 tires and have you back on the road faster than Walmart can dismount/mount one tire that is already off the car. If it wasn't labor day I would NEVER come here

I bought 4 tires on a Black Friday event on a carry out sale and when I went to install them, I discovered that one of them was damaged. According to Walmart Policy I had waited too long for the store to be liable and then after some back and forth the store manager gave me store credit (as a goodwill gesture)towards a replacement tire that cost more because it was no longer carried at the store so I had to order it at Walmart On Line . I was told by the tire factory customer service rep that Walmart might be able to get a credit on a return but I must return the tire to Walmart. It was a bad situation that no one was 100% happy about, but at least I am satisfied enough that I will continue to use Walmart Auto service.

There is only 1 person working there and it took 3 hrs for a simple oil change because the one auto tech had to do everything in the whole shop including work the register. If you can't wait all day for auto service do not come here for anything.

Don’t use this place. They don’t put parts back, they charge you for services not done, don’t take accountability. Use another location if possible. Worst experience I’ve ever had. They lost my tire key, bought tires then charged me for the tires that were never able to be installed. Management never apologized. Then made it seem like I did something wrong for wanting a refund. Disgusting place

Another location that has real trouble with having somebody outside to check you in or to get you in. I was told they had availability by appointment only.I scheduled an appointment, went to check in and nobody ever came to get me.I went inside and asked for somebody to come and check me in, they sent me back outside waited another fifteen minutes and decided that was long enough

Tire pricing decent. No alignments done. The mechanic was very kind and observant. Mentioned my front driver side tire pretty worn. He checked all my tires and filled them. Offered suggestions where I could try to get alignment done. His behavior caused me to purchase my tires there.

The management and customer service made me the customer feel like an inconvenience. I got the wrong size of tires and needed to refund them back to the store and purchase new ones. The manager acted as if helping me was such a discomfort. Only the manager can refund apparently so it's not my fault I'm just trying to purchase the correct tires. Now I don't even want to go through Walmart. That manager needs to be retrained.

Gabby from the Automotive Care Center of the Rio Rancho Supercenter provided us the best customer service that we've experienced in the Albuquerque / Rio Rancho area. We were thrilled to see a young woman with such expertise working in the automotive center. She was professional and courteous from the moment that we arrived and through HER installation of our battery. We recommend Gabby from the Auto Care Center at the Rio Rancho Walmart Supercenter. Thank you Gabby!

It's cheap service, but like all other cheap services, you're paying with your time (maybe even quality but only time will tell). That being said, it's some of the best prices in town. Update: Turns out they lied about the price they were going to charge me and then didn't have the time nor personnel to complete the job. i am not going to demonize the staff because i know some shops are having shortages of workers right now, yet overall the communication skills could definitely have been exercised better. i ended up leaving in a rush because of work commitments, yet i ended up checking the job they did do and it wasn't the best. take that as you will. i just can't recommend this shop to others. hopefully this was an anomaly of an experience.

Pathetic. I had a 10:00 a.m. appointment. My car was done at approximately 2:30p... 4 1/2 hours to install four tires. Why have an appointment at all ? It's a job that should take half an hour. I had no choice but to wait. Only one car was ahead of me. Highly unprofessional.

Stood in line to ask about replacing a tire we bought at Walmart a couple years ago that blew out. The guy looked up the phone number and found the entire order and the date, the brand, and told me there was no longer a warranty on the tire and it would need to be replaced. I asked him for the price and to schedule an appointment to replace the tire. He then told me to walk out to the parking lot to get the size of the tire. He had the entire order up on the screen, but said, "Well but I need you to go out and check it too. To be sure." So I turn around and there are 5 people in line behind me. So I say, "Okay the truck is just right there outside this door, like 5 feet. So I'll go get the size again, but do I need to then get back at the end of this line?" And he says, "Yeah you will need to go to the end of the line," without looking up from the screen. So he suggested that I walk outside to give him information that was right in front of his face, then come back in and stand in line behind everyone again after stepping out of line to get him said unnecessary information. So yeah I went outside. Got in the truck. And drove off. Checked the price of the tire online, and it was twice as much as Discount Tire...even before a warranty. And it would take 3+ days to receive the order. Mal-WART Price = F. Mal-WART Customer service = F minus.

Employe said the drain plug was stripped. Turns out they just did not k ow what a t50 way. This was a few months agp. But it is disapointing when a mechanic struggles to use a wrench more than me. I think this was my 7th lifetime oil change. Be cautious of this group.

All bays were empty , it took them 3 hours to change oil, 1 tech started then went to lunch in middle of oil change. Was told it was completed only to get check engine light oil low the following day. It was never done!! A bunch of clowns trying to be mechanics!!

Walmart Auto Careless Center a better name. Wish I could give a zero. Auto shop should be taken off this place. They have no clue what they are doing. They took over 4 hours for a simple oil change. They didn’t clear the dash panel. They were never concerned about my review or feedback. I was told by the Auto Center associate. “If you’re looking to get your car done here, I tell people don’t come here.” The splash guard fell off a few days after the worst oil change ever. The screws were missing the push pins were lost. They even put a zip tie through to hold it in place? This is unacceptable this was a brand new vehicle. My guess is they broke or lost all fasteners and just zipped all them with ties. Which explains the guard falling off. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Be warned. This auto department is incompetent.

The tires were cheaper then everyone else. Bit the customer service at the Auto Care section is very bland and at times seem irritated by anyone. Will have the tire pressure and rotates done elsewhere. Great American tires on the other hand. DEXTROS

Went in for oil change. It was dripping, took it back. They claimed nothing wrong that it was condensation. I said condensation isn't brownish, it's clear. I said, as long as you fixed it. Went on my trip and it was still leaking. I checked the oil filter. It was dripping from there. Turn the oil filter almost a full rotation. I lost about a quart!

I read mixed reviews for the Walmart Auto Care Center on Unser in Rio Rancho, but decided to keep my appointment for an oil change because I had friends who had good experiences there for years. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment, as suggested online. I was greeted by Nick who was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained their process as he checked my Vin number to ensure I'd get the correct oil for my car. He also gave me tips and advice regarding future visits. It turns out I was the only car there at that time, so I was out of there way before my anticipated wait time of 45-60 minutes. Needless to say I was a very happy camper who will return to this location for my next oil change.

They had me scheduled a time, dropped off my car. Came back an hour and a half later and my car was still sitting outside not getting worked on. I asked them about it and it took them another 40 minutes to even get one tire off the car. I asked them if I could reschedule or cancel and the guy at the front gave me attitude for not wanting to reschedule with them right away, and then proceeded to take another 30 minutes to get my car down and give me my keys. The only update I got was that my car got "checked in" but not that they were working on it or starting too. Poor service, its great if you want a cheap option but id rather go to El patron down the street. Oh by the way, if you guys aren't going to be upfront for customers for over 40 minutes I dont recommend leaving the key box open for people to see/steal keys, and just throwing the keys in the box.
