Go here all the time for all 4 of our vehicles and have never had a problem. Today my son picked up a part that ended up not fitting his car and called to ask if he could return it. He was told he could so he returns this evening to only have Kent accuse him of trying to return the old part instead of the new one he just bought and tells him he won't give his money back. Where does he get off saying anything when the asst. Manager already approved it.. then resumes telling my son he doesn't know who he is, even tho my son is in there all the time but does he need to know him to be able to shop or return something? Very disappointed at the behavior of this employee towards customers.

Looking for front shocks for my 92 gmc truck. They were out. My truck was getting so old that some places didn't stock parts. Went somewhere else. Common size..it's a shock for a common truck..otherwise, it's a great store with smart employees.

Excellent service and great part selection. The employees are competent and very helpful. I want to recognize the kind dark-haired young man who spent considerable time recovering the battery hook that fell under the engine when he removed the old battery. The AZ shop that installed the old battery had not secured it property. The new battery could have been installed without the hook like the previous one, but the O'Reilly employee wanted to make sure that the hook was recovered so it would not cause problems when I was driving. Other employees also tried to help. My battery is now properly secured. Thanks, O'Reilly!

I just want to let everyone know that for a auto parts store the Manager and assistant as well as one older employee were very unprofessional, very rude and unwilling to help or assist me with my vehicle problems. I thank the young man and the biker employee for all their help and assistance as well as another employee that worked evening shifts. These 3 gentlemen were extremely helpful and kind in every effort to help me get my car running and off the property as well as extra assistance. Be careful when you go to this location manager and assistant are extremely rude and very unprofessional.

I absolutely love this store and the customer service is beyond expectations I had purchased a gas cap that you had to unlock with a key and I couldn't figure out how to do it and it was frustrating so I went in today and explained it to her I got a gas cap that doesn't lock and they took the other one back even though I didn't have the box and gave me a credit for it so I ended up getting $8 back and not paying anything for the new gas cap I highly recommend this company

Leo stepped outside to take a look and offered helpful, knowledgeable advice, while Alex searched for a replacement cap for me.
