I’ve been here twice in the twenty years I’ve been repairing cars and every time the customer a is horrible. I tried to return a core without a receipt and original package and was turned away. Why ask for my info if you can’t utilize it? 30 day return on cores? What about individuals like me who work on older cars and are not in a rush? Autozone and even Advance will take my money with a smile and return it with a smile. Horrible place!

This place has great parts, I'm not sure if it's just this location but the workers here are extremely rude and don't seem like they like their job. There is a few reviews on this location about bad customer service, and it's a 100% true. NAPA needs to train these guys about customer service. That or find another job if they don't like what they do.

I had a few bad experiences, that left me ranting on here previously. Since then the store has won me back completely! They have a lot in stock. Or can get just about about everything from there main branch on 2nd, or send you there to pick it up. My last visit was amazing. The guy behind the counter helped me with exactly what I was after, even though it was no longer available. Then found an alternative, that I wasn't happy enough with. And then found an even better solution then what I was going to originally do, thank you! Very glad I gave them another try, highly recommend!

On the phone guy said he had part, I get there he sold me the wrong part. Upon my second visit again with the wrong part, said it's the system, and refereed me to a dealership. Unacceptable, unprofessional, doesn't make sense , shouldn't be that hard to find a common replacement part.

Go to place for quality parts. Counter help is usually pretty friendly and knowledgeable. This location has been around for quite a while. Their number system to help customers is hit and miss sometimes, but grab a number on the way in just to be safe. The entrance is on the east side of a one way street. There is street parking as well as a designated parking area.

I have had, bad, unpleasant experiences every time I have gone into this store by the rude non helpful workers. They don’t greet nor do they try helping you when you ask a question as if they’re bugged they have to do their job. It’s sad is they forget they’re in the retail customer service role. Instead they just want to stand their and basically just be a cashier. It’s a bummer because I really like Napa’s parts. But I will not return because of the horrible customer service. Don’t forget your roles. You’re in retail, customer service. Napa has lost a long time customer for this. Btw this has occurred with multiple employees and different times. I have always gone back because of the parts quality. I dreaded every time I walked in hoping these guys weren’t rude. But it never failed. They obviously hire lazy, rude people with zero skills. Sad.

Always a quick in-and-out, always the right part and moreover assured quality in Napa products/parts. Great service. Usually have the part we need in stock. Called to see if they had my ignition coil and told them I’d be by today and they had it ready as soon as I walked in. Friendly & fast. Good quality parts. Never had one fail from there. (Knock on wood) will always be back.

The employees here gave me no problems at all. I went to another store first, but they didn't help me at all. The moment I walked into NAPA, someone was there to help me. Was waiting outside after my shift for my uber ride becusee my car is broke down. Figured i would go in to look for the part for my car. As soon as I walked in, the front desk guy, some older man with all Grey hair and glasses was extremely rude and told me "you need to leave becuse we close in 20 minutes" I politely asked if I could browse a part for my car, he raised his voice and told me to " leave". Being a 20 year old young woman, I felt extremely attacked and a little nervous being around an older man like that after he was being extremely elevated I left. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND VISITING IF YOU ARE A WOMEN.

Peace of crap assistant manner sold my wife a broken oil filter. So when she went to get a refund he said "I could refund the peace but not the oil that spiled" because of the broken filter he gave her. He also said " I should have noticed the filter was missing a peace" I will see him soon, real soon. (;
