Ariyan Anderson was amazing today! I was having a really rough morning and just had surgery. She was great under pressure while I was grumpy and still opened the door for me and picked up my battery out of my vehicle and replaced it by bringing out the new one. She tested my battery and provided me with the best smile throughout it all! Kudos to her and her willingness to be so helpful in a world where help and compassion is scarce! I was scheduled for an alignment, 3 hours later after finally asking about my vehicle and a finish time. I was told , sorry we were not able to do an alignment. We do t have the specs for your vehicle, but do t worry. I’m not gonna charge you for an alignment. ( employee proceeds to type on computer) Employee , Ari, then proceeds to look at me and tell me, “ that will be $28…..”. I said , for what? She tells me, for “ the inspection”. Obviously asked her for a manager, and after he finally came in, I was given my keys and not charged thankfully! Needless to say, I will not be back to that location nor recommend it

Apparently, lifetime alignment means that you sit at the back of the line for service. I had a 10am appointment and at 10:45 asked when my truck would get worked on. The service manager who would not give me his name or position told me that the appointment time was just a check-in time and suggested that I make another appointment or go to another service center if I was not happy with the service. Never go to the Firestone on Southern Blvd, Rio Rancho. Bad management and slow service for customers who have been taking their vehicles to Firestone for many years.

UPDATE:
I have to change this from a 5 back to a 1 again. They changed my oil and now I have a leak at the drain plug site. They used some epoxy glue stuff to create a seal. these guys are awful. save your money go somewhere else.
I got my brakes done in February. I noticed that I had a vibration in my truck that got worse. I returned the truck and they were able to find the error and fix it. They admitted to the mistake that was made and they corrected it. Darla and Art have been amazing in trying to rectify the situation.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I took my young daughter’s car to get brakes checked because they were squeaky and grinding. I received a call stating they completed the full vehicle inspection and that her brakes and rotors were good. They recommended a brake adjustment and cleaning as well as a brake fluid flush. I agreed to both services and asked them to add a battery corrosion package and tire rotation. We went to pick her car ($215 later) when it was finished and when leaving the squeaky grinding noise was still there so I turned around and went back. I got out of the vehicle and also noticed the tires were never rotated. I questioned the manager and he said it was a mistake and people make mistakes and then told me “you make mistakes too”. No apology or sympathy given for any of this. I then snapped that her car was parked in the same exact spot it was when we dropped it off day prior and that the seat was never adjusted as if they had not ever moved it. My daughter is 4’10” and about 95 pounds so you know darn well that if car was moved the seat would’ve had to of been moved too. It was only obvious that zero work was completed on her car and I was charged for 4 services. They stated I could leave my vehicle another day and they would fix it but at that point how could I trust that it would get done. I took my vehicle to Firestone in Abq where they have serviced my vehicles for years prior to moving to Rio Rancho. They were super helpful, friendly, understanding and apologetic. They guaranteed it would be taken care of and not to worry. Now I know that you don’t get the same service just because you use the same business. I will NEVER go back there or recommend anyone to them. Horrible service and horrible management!
