We had 2 trucks at the collision center over the last month-yes, we ran one truck into the other:). I can't say enough great things about the teams at Larry H Miller. Professional, communicate every step of the way. They actualy uncovered issues from a previous repair and were able to help have the previous issues remedied by the previous insurance company, saving us quite a bit of money. 1. Communication from Joseph was great BUT....told 3 times to picky care up and each time QUALITY ASSURANCE did a poor job causing me to have to leave it several times. 2. My insurance was notified that my car was ready 7/31/25 when it was not. They told them that so they could get paid at the end of that month. This caused issues cuz my insurance company closed the claim. I had to initiate the contact for LHM to tell my insurance company so they could continue to pay for my rental. POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES.y final repairs were not completed until 8/7/25 and not 7/31/25.

Clear out your vehicle before leaving it with the collision center. They say the employees would never take anything from the vehicles. Did you leave my jeep unlocked the whole time in the lot then!? Carlos said he'd replace the jeep tool case that came with the jeep and an expandable baton. I forgot it was in the door pocket. I haven't heard from him again since picking up the jeep. They repainted 1 of 2 scratches that were on the jeep before i purchased it. The second they just buffed it out to save money...Take everything out! Thank you to Bryan for helping me replace the Jeep toolkit and the expandable baton. I really appreciate it!

The most unprofessional work I have ever seen from an auto shop. My truck was left in shambles. The interior covered in dust. My tail light left almost falling off to name a few. I regret getting my paint fixed what was supposed to be a “free” job covered by Toyota ended up costing me hundreds of dollars in lost wages and extra gas as I had to return a second time for them to fix their mistakes. After picking up my truck the first time I was concerned for my safety as I unsure what else the technician left undone. The thought still lingers in my mind. The actual paint they fixed stayed good. Michael Radway (the rep) deserves 5 stars. He was super apologetic and did his best to make it right. Larry

I had a 2023 Toyota 4Runner TRD off road premium and in April 2025 a school bus hit my passenger side front end so I took it to Larry h Miller on the West side body shop will over at the one on Alameda had set me up with Michael so when I wrecked my ram that I've only had for 2 months it was a no-brainer to go back and I got a hold of Michael and he said come on in and we did two different claims one for the front end when I hit somebody and somebody hit my mirror in the parking lot of the grocery store while I was in the store so they were two separate claims so I had to take it in twice cuz my mirror wasn't ready or in when they were finished with the front end both Michael who is an amazing young man took great care of me as did his manager Bryan this is the first time I've dealt with him Michael wasn't there when I went to go pick up my truck but both times and Bryan was very nice to me and very helpful they wound up staying a half an hour past the time they were supposed to go home the first time I picked up my truck after the front end was completed, I felt bad but he said it was no problem it's all good and I will continue to take my vehicles there if I need any body work and stuff done on them

I took my car here to get rear bumper Work done following an accident. Knowing that my car, it was brand new thinking taking it to Toyota would’ve been the best bet however, I must say I had one of the worst experiences ever. Weeks went by back-and-forth calls to see the status updates only to find out that it did take almost 3 months to get my car back. That wasn’t the worst of it so the first time I receive my car back I noticed there were scratches that weren’t there before and also smear marks as if they buffed my car in every other Area. After getting my car, I notified the Them on the damages I had seen. They asked me to come back and bring my car so they can take a look at it. After doing so it took another week and a half before my car was once again finished this time they were able to actually deliver my car to me since it was such an inconvenience to me for taking time out of my workday to go Get my car. When the car was delivered, I was told to go outside and check my vehicle to my liking turns out there Was a massive white deep scratch on the driver side front bumper. Thereafter the representative takes my car once again back to Albuquerque from Espinola area to get it repaired again. The day after this, they call me and once again, deliver it again to finally get my car back in good condition. If I could give five stars on this review, the only reason I would do that would be for the awesome excellent service Aysa the customer service rep had given me,she seem to care more about my experience in my liking more than anyone else she did amazing! 1 🌟 to body shop and 5 🌟to Aysa!

I recently had a Totoya factory paint recall for my 2019 Tacoma, and Mike R. did an awesome job of reaching out and coordinating the work! He kept in contact and informed me of the Toyota factory offer to repair all of the defective original paint. He helped coordinate a loaner vehicle for the 10-day repair. My vehicle was in the shop for over 3 months, which felt excessive even considering the severity of the damage. We also had to constantly check in ourselves because there were no regular updates provided, which made the long wait even more frustrating. I chose this repair shop because it’s connected to a dealership and expected a higher level of service, but that unfortunately wasn’t the case. When I finally got my car back, it hadn’t even been vacuumed, and a few loose parts were left sitting in the backseat. After such a long wait, I expected the vehicle to be returned fully cleaned and complete. The only positive part of the experience was the representative, Eddie, who was consistently kind and helpful throughout the process. Unfortunately, his professionalism didn’t make up for the overall lack of timeliness, communication, and attention to detail. I hope the shop improves its turnaround times, communication, and overall quality of service for future customers.

Had been to this shop before over a year ago and I can honestly say the folks that are working there now are caring and supportive of the entire process! The crew did an excellent job even when I thought may be my car was going to be totaled. It looks better than ever!
