The most hideous repair experience imaginable. They kept my car for six weeks, after I had waited one month to go in for a quote and another full month to be scheduled. After six weeks two critical repairs had not been performed but they told me to come pick it up anyway. They just gave up on doing what they had been paid to do. They texted me frequently saying the car was near completion keeping my expectations high. The final week they said they were having problems with one thing and would notify me when it was ready. Four days later they called at 3:30pm on a Friday afternoon to let me know it was ready. The work was being performed in Albuquerque and I live in Santa Fe so it was impossible to get a ride. They failed to mention they were open on Saturday but called me again to ask when I was picking it up. Incompetence across every single aspect of this business. It’s been over 3 months working with them and my car is now at the dealership being repaired. I had to contact them 3-4x to make sure they were going to pay for it which they agreed to do. Their solution was to take it to a different Caliber Collision but I said no. Seriously, do not believe one thing they tell you. Do yourself a favor and immediately opt out of the text updates because they are false and misleading. This business is a complete disaster.

This is hands down the worst company I could have sent my car to, even giving them 1 star is being generous. I was told 6 days for repairs, it has been 6 weeks. I was promised communication on the progress, let alone they ordered the wrong parts for my vehicle. I have not received one phone call, text, email, or voicemail. When asking for progress, the manager has lied to me and claims to have called and left me voicemails. Please take your business elsewhere.

Do not take your car here , they didn’t fix the car , gave it back un drivable with an awful noice , they only fixed the cosmetic part .they sent my daughter to align the car when it was their job to do . They blamed the noise on a recall on the transmittion when per ford there is none . Fred was rude, no accountability , was going around the bush and lied to us . They almost maxed the bill so when we took it to ford we had to pay a portion . This was unacceptable and unprofessional . No service ethics . We asked for the manager and he was no where to be found nor did he call to hear us . Poor service .

After putting the radiator back in place (it was pushed in from being hit in front) they left the reserve tank completely empty! The only coolant was what was left in the radiator itself. Luckily I check my fluids regularly and discovered this before it did serious damage to my vehicle. The repairs took multiple weeks with no communication other than when I reached out to check in and even then it was difficult to get information or a call back. The detail/clean-up was poorly done but the bodywork itself does look good, thankfully.

I walked to see if I could get a quote on work for my truck and didn’t know I needed an appointment. So I asked the girl up front to make an appointment. She was rude and not at all welcoming.. told her she wasn’t pleasant and told her no thank you! Too bad the change in company hires people like this
