Stopped in to have windshield chips fixed... Never had that service before so did not know what to expect... had to clean of what appeared to be smoke marks on the inside of the glass... but for the most part... appears to be fine and standard repair quality

BE AWARE ! …….. 12/30/2013 ……... My Allstate Agent Recommended TechnaGlass to replace a passenger side window broken out in theft. I told the TechnaGlass sales representative it was important that I get in and out due to an appointment i had and he said the installation would take no more than 1 hr. I scheduled an 8 AM appointment as 1 hour would allow me to make my appointment. I arrived at 7:45, work began at 8:10. This was a Jiffy Lube location, 1 person assign to the glass installation section. During the installation I attempted to get other Jiffy Lube employees to complete my paper work to expedite my departure but was told that only the person installing the window could complete the paper work. The job was completed and I was on my way in 1 hour 35 min. later and late for my appointment. The installation was quite acceptable but the kicker is Later I realized that the installed Glass was not the same tint as my other windows, I called Technaglass about this and was told they did not install Tinted glass and that I would have to have it tinted. I believe Technaglass representative or the installer should have addressed this with me before the installation. Now I had to make another appointment to have the window tinted. I scheduled an appointment with WESTSIDE GLASS to tint the glass. While the tinting was being done the owner of WESTSIDE GLASS told me if I had come to them for the glass installation they would have done the installation and tinting in the same appointment and it would have been covered under my insurance. I ended up having to pay WESTSIDE GLASS another $35.00 for the tint then filing a claim with Allstate. ……………. This could have been much less of a hassle had my Allstate insurance agent alerted me of the tinting issue. Rest assured they are aware of the inconvenience I was caused…………... It's NM, who doesn't have tinted windows! ………….I feel a little deceived by the TechnaGlass sales representative because he didn't raise the issue. Think he was just trying to get the business?………... Lastly, the installer out of courtesy should have brought it to my attention before installing the non tinted glass. ……………………………………. ONE STOP GLASS REPLACEMENT & TINTING "WESTSIDE GLASS" …………………………………..BE AWARE.

While the service and professionalism of the employees are topnotch, I will never not get factory Ram's head logo glass installed again, ever. The quality of the windshield is poor, and as I drive over the road for my work, it is both pitted and sandblasted. My gut said to purchase the Ram's head logo glass.

Gteat service. Glass was replaced earlier than expected with quality work. The material was as described. The price of windshield replacement was at least 25% less than other service providers. Called all over town for a quote on replacing my front windshield. This place was more affordable and has the replacement on hand already. Scheduled me for the next day. I asked if I had to take my vehicle in and they gave me options. They have a mobile van that could come to my house. Of course! It’s more convenient for me. They were able to schedule me next day and the guy that came out I believe his name was Greg. He was nice and friendly and replaced my windshield quick! I’ve recommended him to family as they also need a windshield replacement. If I ever need a replacement again and or for any other window I will be calling them again. Easy text to schedule.
