I was devastated and embarrassed about my accident, So many issues I was going threw and Dan took all that stress away. He saved my car and got James and Brook and thier team to help. They always communicated with me about my car. When my car was done it looked amazing like there was no accident. My car drives well and have not had to take the car back. I'm so thankful to Dan, he helped me by going above and beyond. When I felt embarrassed he reasured me and made everything better. There are no words to describe how much I appreciate Dan and his team . Thank you all so much!

Very untrustworthy and their business practices are questionable. This auto body repair shop misquoted me even though I disclosed the previous Bondo work, they still pretended not to know about. I'm sure it's a common business practice amongst these kind of shops, in order to extort more money from insurance companies. Its frustrating to me, they never repair my vehicle, after several days of holding it, wasting my time and money. But what take the cake, is when I finally picked up the vehicle they used HARD WATER to wash it off, leaving mineral deposit stains all over the vehicle. I would not trust these people. They seem very unethical and pretend to be ignorant about their own work, when convenient. Any body shop in New Mexico using hard water to wash your vehicle is either trying to ruin your paint job or they are just terrible at what they do. I will also be launching a complaint against this business with my insurance as well.

This shop is awesome. I’ve never had to get my vehicle worked on and they helped me through throughout the entire process. They even help me get my Insurance assignment sent to them. They kept me well informed I heard more from them that my insurance company throughout the entire process. From the moment I called, Daniel first was concerned if everyone was ok when I explained there had been an incident. He then assisted me step by step what to ask the insurance for to get the ball rolling for making an appointment to get the repair process started. They got me in the next day, James was very informative. Very friendly, efficient, helpful and sincere in the customer service they provide.
