I made the mistake and took the truck to Discount Tire and they installed brand new tires on a truck that I have had for over 10 years never given me a single problem. They were also paid to align the truck after picking up the truck it was completely destroyed pulling severely to the right in an unsafe manner to even drive fought with the manager over three visits and the issue was never corrected and responsibility was never taken. I called Ruben and his team this afternoon they had me in the shop within 15 minutes out the door within 2 hours and the truck is in perfect alignment. Don't waste your time and money taking it to other shops when you have our awesome team here at Big O.

They did the service I came in for and even did an inspection which was nice. But when trying to tell me about what needed to be done,Ruben brought out my cabin air filter and somehow reinstalled it the wrong way crushing it. That doesnt scream proffesional to me, especially since I denied the replacement.

My wife went in for a standard break pad replacement for the rear tires only. She never got a quote for the replacement pads and was charged $699.99. They automatically replace the rotors without any acknowledgement or conversation. We did not authorize the replacement of the rotors and would not without a quote and or a conversation. The fact that they did this without showing us what was wrong with the rotors is just unbelievable. When I called and talked to a supposed Manager, I was told that they just replace the rotors as a standard practice. I told the manager that I wanted my old breaks and rotors put back on with a refund. I was told to come bake on Monday to speak with the Store manager. I called another location to see what their standards were. I was told not work should have been performed without a quote and the customer agreement. So unfortunate with such a large and reputable company. Follow up: after returning to the store on Monday to speak with the store manager, Fredy Montes I was pleasantly surprised by his professionalism and willing to make things right. He indeed took the charge for the rotors, credited our card and apologize for the misunderstanding, and also made it very clear that he would speak to his team to ensure that this would never happen again. I’m very happy with what it happened. We will give you guys another opportunity. Thank you for making this right.

I took my car to Big O after wasting 7 hours at Christian Brothers on Southern Blvd. Back story: I scheduled an appointment three days before dropping off the car at CBs at 7:00 a.m on Monday, March 02. Pat told me he could complete on Monday a job requiring brake pads, rotors, and an alignment. After waiting 6 hours on Monday with no word from Pat, I went to the shop to find out that he was just writing the estimate and that they couldn't be sure the job could be done by closing because the parts were "downtown." This was after he had said the parts were readily available and that the job could be done Monday. Ultimately, Pat and CBs lured me in by saying the job could be done in one day, and then, because they took in other vehicles, the brake job on my car "might" or "might not" be done by closing. I took the car to Big O around 3:00 p.m. after wasting 7 hours with CBs-- they replaced the brakes, rotors, and did an alignment in three hours, using ASE certified mechanics and same quality parts CB has downtown, and at a better price. Big O is a much better choice though they don't pose as Christians by strategically placing Bibles on their tables and by leaving cookies with Bible verses on them in your car: They don't mislead or lure customers into the shop with dishonesty like CBs does.

I set up an appointment online for tires rotation, I arrived at the schedule time. They started the work immediately and completed the work rather quickly, free of charge! The store manager, Freddie Montes, was both friendly and helpful. In the future I use this store for my auto repairs. It’s difficult to find great customer service, but this Big O Tires store is awesome and highly recommended!

We took our car in to get a tire puncture fixed which had a 2 inch screw in it. Freddie the manager attended us, he was super friendly and helpful. We also wanted to see if we could get a spare rim for an extra tire, he did the research for it and recommended not getting it if it was not the original rim, so we dropped the idea and will just stick with the spare donut for now. In the end he did the tire repair for free! Thank you Freddie! Great service and can totally recommend coming here.

I scheduled for an oil change at 10am this Saturday but it is already 10:45am and my truck is still sitting outside the shop, the lady that I talked to told me an hour wait time and I got her attention at 10:45am and she thought that my truck is already being oil changed but I told her it is the truck sitting outside, I just felt so unvalued, I will never take my suv and my truck there anymore! It is common sense that when you schedule with them you will be attended to on your scheduled time but if you wait for like 45 minutes then what's the sense of scheduling?!, that's why I don't trust most automotive shops anymore, this poor service is ridiculous!

Great service. My wife got a flat at 5:00 pm and we got it to Big O at 5:15. Even though they closed at 6:00 pm, they installed 2 new tires and wiper blades and had it done by 6:00. They kept the store open until 6:15 so we could pay and pick it up. Great hustle and superb service.

I’ve used them several times now most recently a screw in my tire which they fixed promptly and for free. I’ve had them do oil changes, tire rotation, breaks, filter changes and other stuff as well. I’ve never felt talked down to or like they treated me differently because I’m female like some places do. All the employees I’ve encountered have been very nice, open, and honest. I will definitely continue to use them as my go to for car service.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Big O up in Rio Rancho. From the first phone call to set up the appointment, to getting the vehicle back, everything was top notch. Freddy and Jaden were both super polite, professional, and communicative. I had been to two other shops previously, neither could figure out the issue. Jaden was extra diligent in getting the problem finally resolved and I am so thankful. I'll never go anywhere else again for basic maintenance and tire needs, and wish I had found them sooner!
