Was so helpful, immediately saw that I had bad alternator installed from mechanic, and since my mechanic wasn’t responding to my calls, they called the place that my mechanic bought the alternator from, and just charged me for labor. Amazing. Steve is the most professional, kind and HONEST mechanic I’ve ever dealt with. He doesn’t blow up his prices or bleed ya dry. This is the best shop in Rio Rancho, hands down. Willing to bet in all of New Mexico based on integrity alone. Cannot go wrong. I’m not affiliated with him. we are not friends (but we can be! Lol). I’m not gaining anything by saying any of this. I do not currently have a vehicle in his shop. 😋 Just an honest opinion and review by a Rio Rancho resident who can’t afford to damage her car in any way, But if I did (knock on wood), I would only go to this shop. . 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 he specializes in Jeeps I believe. Definitely courteous and respectful but not knowledgeable for my particular problem. They had my vehicle for over a month, they called my 3 times during the course. I had to remind them over and over again the issue I was having. They charged me $100 per hour, definitely not worth the price for their knowledge and skills. To top it all off when I received my vehicle, cables to my usb power and lights were not connected to my battery terminal. For $100 per hour you’d expect attention to detail and higher knowledge skills. The 2 stars were for being courteous and respectful otherwise zero stars. I took my vehicle to another shop and they diagnosed my issue to be the throttle body and even went further as to tell me exactly what need to be done.★★☆☆☆ 6 years ago
