Very dishonest people here. Took my car for AC repair, two hours later he charges me for oil and ac refill stating no leaks found. No proper diagnostics done just quick to do things without consent. I needed repair not refill!!!!

Called to ask a question about a motor mount. It was after hours i did not know and he answered. He was extremely rude. Had stated he wouldnt be able to tell me anything and that they were closed. Also stated he wouldnt be able to help for 3 weeks "anyways". Bad vibe and service to speak your customers so rudely. I gelt bad for even calling and asking. Taking my business elsewhere. Be cautious getting work from this guy

If I could give this guy a 0 I would!!!! I had such a horrible experience even went home crying. Called multiple times and kept being told he would check on it later on in the day and give me a call back. Well I never got a call back from him so we would continue calling. 2 month had passed and nothing was getting fixed so we called one more time to see if he checked it out. He told us it’s was some issues with the compression so we asked him what we could do about it and he told us that he would keep workin on it that day and see what he can do and he would give us a call the next day. Well he never called. So we just decided to leave it as is and tow it to another mechanic that could take it in. Well the day I picked it up he couldn’t find my key for about 30 min. And finally found it under the hood. Then he couldn’t find the battery and said that somebody might have stolen it and said it doesn’t work anyways so it doesn’t really matter. He ended up finding it somewhere in his shop. And after all of that he still told me that for working on it for 3 hours it would come out to $300 but he’s just gonna charge me $100. At that point I just wanted to go home and just gave him my card and asked why he couldn’t fixed it and told me that he definitely could fix it it’s just that we never called him to see what we wanted to do. We called him at least 20 times during those 2 months. We’re just lucky that we have a second car.

While on a trip to Colorado my vehicle gave me an error which I cleared up. I went to autozone to use their computer to run the codes to see if there was any issues. An issue popped up, and I asked questions due to them being “autozone” and they weren’t much help. They gave me a print out and said here. Took the print out home and read it and I called this location and spoke to Erasmo who answered all my questions. So I brought the paperwork to him to clarify and he advised it’s probably this part due to the error code and most common parts needing replacement when this code occurs. So I got the part and went back to the shop, and Erasmo installed it within minutes for a reasonable and fair price for labor. I’m not auto savvy and his expertise and knowledge came in handy. Come here for your auto needs! I’ll be back when the next issue comes about.
