First of all this is not William Richter this is his friend Jason and I was on Williams phone and I posted a review that was not meant to harm or reflect any disrespect. First let me apologize and it was meant as a gag for William and I now realize how malicious and damaging it could be and I sincerely apologize from the bottom of my heart to whom it may concern from Jason Hobbs !!!!! When William gets his car back I'll right a 5 star review and make up for it I promise !!! Oh and William is pretty mad at me for this and didn't find it at all funny and made me come clean on what I did and apologize,again from Jason Hobbs I'm very sorry !!!!!!

Very excellent repair services by these guys. They performed an electrical diagnostic on my truck and found the problem the next day and it was repaired that day! I told em I was in no rush when I left my truck there but everything was completed within a very timely manner 👌🏻👍🏻. I highly recommend and I will definitely continue to do business with them. Very friendly and professional shop!!

Took my car in May 2023 because my brand new battery was draining. They kept it for a couple of weeks and didn’t hear anything from them. I then called and was told nothing was wrong with it and they charged me $240 for NOT fixing my car. Sure enough, the battery was still draining. Took it back 6/3/23 and they still have my car on 9/20/23. No updates, texts, or calls. When I call or text, there is always an excuse. What a disappointment.

I recently had my brake rotors replaced by these guys. Immediately afterwards,the break pedal felt soft and spongy. I brought the car back in and informed them of the issue. I asked them to simply bleed the break lines as I was fairly sure some air must’ve gotten into the lines during the rotor replacement. The mechanic obliged and I left the car with them. When I came back to pick it up, they informed me that they were refusing to bleed the break lines as no air could’ve possibly gotten in during the rotor replacement. So instead, they quoted me over $1000 to have my break master cylinder and booster replaced. I refused this service, took my car elsewhere where they happily bled the breaks and what do you know, it fixed the problem. Take your car elsewhere, these guys are a joke.

Two weeks ago a major brake job was done on my 2003 Nissan Frontier. After the job it pulled to the right when braking, I took it back to ARC. Mike there told me the mechanic doing the job failed install the new pads they provided him and the old ones scored the newly installed rotors. They completely re-did the job new pads and rotors, apologized, didn’t charge a penny. These guys are dead honest. I have recommended them in the past and I do now. Great, honest work. A rarity anymore.

On a Friday afternoon I was driving through New Mexico from Ohio when my engine light came on. Robert, at the shop, was so kind to put the machine on the vehicle to troubleshoot. He also checked my tire pressure for me. This shop was very nice to help me out and point me in the right direction for my vehicle. Very kind people!! Helpful even though they are very busy!

These guys are not only all around genuinely good people but they do amazing work. I had taken my car to a different mechanic who placed a new alternator. Less than 24 hours later I was stuck on the side of the road with a dead battery. Again. I managed to get to ARC auto, explained the issue and they immediately jumped up to help. Diagnosed the issue very quickly (alternator was faulty) and went to work getting me a new one under the warranty. Michael spent lots of time on the phone, but got it done! I had to stay overnight as the part was not available in the local store. They got it in first thing in the morning and I was back on the road by 1030 am. Fair prices. Honest mechanics. Bronson was an amazing technician who fixed my van right up. I recommend everyone drive to this shop and have them do your auto work. They are well worth the drive! *Update 2024* Our hood release cable quit working! We had 3 other places try with no resolution of the issue. We had been out of state for work. Drove all the way home just to come here and see what they could do. Within 20 minutes they had it opened, repaired, and even changed the oil! (The initial reason for discovering the hood release wasn't working) Again, fabulous work as always. Highly recommend ARC for pretry much anything car related. They know their stuff.

I’ve been going to ARC for about 3 years and they have consistently come through for me with various vehicles! Even when it’s taken time (and usually the turnaround is quite fast) at the end of the day I never felt like they were overselling me, and always felt like I can trust their work and they’re trying to do good work for me. Grateful to have found a dependable mechanic!

I have used ARC a couple of times for work on my car. Both times they did a great job for a reasonable price. I feel they are honest and do excellent work. My most recent work was shocks and struts and my car is riding great. They even included an inspection as I’m driving to Wisconsin. I will definitely use them when I’m in NM and highly recommend them.

This little place in Bernalillo is a gem ! My new go to. I had an oil leak which turned out to be the valve cover gasket. I was going to have them fix it but they suggested I check to see if my warranty covered it. It did and I got it fixed under warranty. They saved me a bunch. They charged me to diagnose the problem and I was more than happy with the price. Outstanding !
