DON'T GO HERE THEY ARE TRASH. OWNER WASTED MY TIME EXPLAINED THAT IF I DIDNT HAVE THE MONEY FOR 100 TOW (FROM IN TOWN) THAT HE WOULDNT TAKE ME AS A CLIENT. HE THEN SAID "IF U DON'T HAVE THE MONEY FOR THE TOW THEN YOU WONT HAVE THE MONEY FOR MORE ISSUE'S THAT COME UP WITH MY VEHICLE LOL. DISRESPECTFUL FOR NO REASON.

Absolutely horrible experience with this place. Awful customer service and some of the rudest customers service and lack of professionalism. Highly recommend no one takes there vehicle here. Every 3 star are less review on here is highly accurate. One of the worst business I have ever dealt with. I never bother posting online reviews but this one is worth warning people about.

I stopped here because my car was leaking and out of transmission fluid. I offered to pay for a little bit of fluid to make it up the hill to my house. Apparently they’re the only transmission shop I’ve ever heard of that does not have transmission fluid on hand. The mechanic told me all the drums in shop were empty. Guy was a complete jerk. Don’t take your car here.

My car was brought here for a failed transmission. My warranty covered for an after market solenoid which they put in. The one I was given didn't work so he paid for the OEM part and installed for me. Definitely took care of me and wouldn't hesitate to take my vehicle here again.

If I could give them a 0 star review I would. He threatened to punch me in the face. I waited a month and a half for them to do my transmition and finally when I got it back it would not park, I managed to cut the engine and take a look myself and they never put transmition fluid in my car, so now the transmition they "fixed" is worse than it was when I gave it to them. And as if them breaking my car wasn't bad enough, he is trying to have me give him more money to fix it. This place is a scam. You are better off going anywhere but here. They don't answer phone calls and they don't call back and clearly they do NOT fix cars.

This is one of the guys that is in cahoots with the guy who used to own Prospect Automotive. First he was going to install my part for me then turns around and tells me that he can’t do it. We even made an appointment and the day I’m going he was driving away. Just said he was too busy with towing season. That shop is not in business. They don’t have any kind of mechanic or anyone there who can work on cars so please people save your money and go somewhere else. This is a big waste of time also.
