They were really friendly when I purchase my tires one year ago. Supposedly online it says they open at 8 but didn’t arrived until 8:26. I waited almost 30 min for them. I went in to get a rotation and balancing on the wheel since the owner had told me it was free was long as I owned the tires. When his employee finally attended he told me the warranty for the FREE balancing and rotation was void since my wheels where worn out due to my alignment not done as soon as the wheels were purchased, which it doesn’t make any scenes because it’s not like I was trying to replace my wheels ,now there I would totally understand but for a balancing and rotation, give me a break. Owner did not kept his work when he told me FREE Balancing and rotation as long as I OWNED the wheels. Sadly he has lost a costumer And RAMONS ALIGNMENT SHOP has gain one. Friendly and honest people I recommend them instead Thank you and god bless!

Car broke down on the weekend. Called and was told to bring car down then. They had car done in a couple hours for about 60% of what other place wanted. Even let me return a few days later to pay $20 I was short. Just awesome. Only problem was their card reader machine not working so had to get the cash. But there was an ATM next door.

After reading the reviews, it is obvious that the owner is honest and does good work on customers vehicles. He has to deal with good customers and other types of customers that don't want to pay for the work that was done to their vehicles. I myself have a vehicle that broke down going over the Carpenter overpass in which I had to leave it at CVS. I will be towing it to this shop early in the morning because of the good reviews along with proximity. I typically work on my own cars but I have no scan tools on me and the car went into limp mode.

This is by far the worst place I have ever been too. They have absolutely no customer service skills and are very rude and obnoxious to the customers. I took my car there to have the A/C worked on. I ended up having to take it back three different times for 3-4 hours per time and they still didn't get the job done. He said he was giving me a good deal and yet I wouldn't be able to find anyone else in town to do it for that price yet it was going to cost me 450 dollars just for a compression hose. What a rip off. Next he brought me over and said they would have to take off the whole front fender to get to the hose. In doing that they stripped my trim above the wheel well and never offered to replace it. To top it all off my vaping apparatus was sitting on the drivers seat and when the guy was pulling it into a stall he placed it in the cup holder instead of the other seat. The vape machine got water in it because there was a little water in the cup holder. The owner denied and said his worker would never do that. He didn't offer to pay for his own workers mistake. This business is the bottom of the barrel and has low class. I would never recommend that anyone ever take their car here.

This business is amazing . They gave me quite a bit of information and alleviated my anxiety after being told by another company my car couldn’t get serviced . They were extremely fast and efficient and got my part in no time . The owner identified faulty pieces crafted to “fit” my car. He was incredibly nice and gave me a really great deal . He even went as far as contacting the seller who sold me the car to credit back cash I’d be out for a mishap that wasn’t my fault . The people here are extremely genuine. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND: The owner makes promises he cant keep, he doesn't communicate with the vehicle owners. He lies about where he gets his parts. He likes to make up stories of how far they get their parts just to over charge you. My car ended up with more lights on my dashboard then when i first took it in. They broke my grill and mickey moused a switch for my radiator. DO NOT GO HERE!!! COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!! 👎👎👎 Owner tried calling me to take my review down and said if i don’t take this down he will void my WARRANTY. Go ahead buddy not like im going to return your shop.

All I have to say is this . I took my vehicle in for 2 services Saturday 6/8/24 and left with a problem to my car I never had prior to my visit. I can't believe I paid the price I did but God is my provider and he sees all . I also want to add that I'm a child of God my Bible says vengeance belongs to the Lord so I will leave this matter to Him to take care of because the service I receive was over priced and left with an issue I believe this shop did to my vehicle the damage had been done and it's not ok to do this to people.

First time going to A Tech Automotive Repair & Tire Center. Got an oil change done and I also had a check engine light on. Automotive repair changed my oil and also solved my check engine light problem at a very reasonable price & in a reasonable amount of time. Neil even gave me a discount! Neil is very professional, highly recommend this shop.

I took my truck in to have Transmission Service done in the end I had to take it to a professional transmission shop and they said that my transmission was three quarts short I recommend nobody go to these people the guy behind that counter maybe God blessing people but he's ripping people off my truck had torque converter shatter my transmission was not slipping until after I took it to this business when I left it was slipping I decided not to take my truck back that's why I went to the professionals this is what they found I was told by you that there was no metal shavings in the pan but the picture show something different and that was after 2 days I think that you're the liar because I have brought my vehicle to you before and had no problems but now I'm having problems I don't need money back go out of business Look it up 2003 Dodge Durango front end bearing

Best place for mechanical and electrical issues at a fair price. My car was having sensor and electrical issues and they were able to determine the problem and the solution. What I appreciate most was that they didn’t decide to just rush it and give my car back to free up spots. Instead they took their time to ensure the problem was fixed and they can return my car back with integrity and knowing I will have 0 complaints. I thought it would’ve cost more money knowing my car was stuck in the shop but no, these owners care about the price they give you and the results of their work, I love the quality these guys perform. They tell you the problems, the solution, the cost, and truthful answers to ensure you are getting what you’re paying for and not overpaying like in some other auto shops.

Omg Neil is the nicest person, I seriously thought my car maintenance on my car was going to so high like sell ur kidney high 😄. He also taught some new stuff. My brakes were squeaking and my first thought they were going to tell me they need to replace them for more money (cuz I’m a female: it does happen) he called me. I saw The caller ID and all I could think is oh ish I’m going to need a new engine. Nope they just needed to be cleaned. They did all the tuneups new spring struts so it doesn’t squeak every time I go over a bump. But I’m a happy camper I ended up paying less than I was expected. Oh I didn’t tell him how much I wanted to spend too. I recommend this place 2,000%. Neil is the man honest business man and he will call u and tell what is wrong or not wrong with the car. I’ll be back for sure my oil changes and I will tell everyone about this place. To all the mechanics 🧰 that work there and on my car 🚙 a big thank you. 😊

I’ve brought 2 cars here for the AC for different problems and they worked fast and effective. The first car they worked on it and if something wasn’t right they would take care of it until it was completely fixed. The 2nd one they took just an hour. And they’re prices are unbeatable. I was gonna get charged $200 just to get it checked at the dealer, with guarantee -_- and here it was way less for the diagnostics and labor. Truly appreciate them. They’re honest and friendly. Bringing an3rd car and I have no doubt they will get the work done in a good amount of time, fair pricing and clean work. Will forever be grateful they saved me from a lot of hassle, especially during the summer.

I took my 2007 suburban to get the heater core replaced after them having it for such a long time they cracked up my dashboard I don't know what they did to my airbags cuz now my airbag sensors on when I drop my truck off the air conditioner works now that doesn't work neither does the heater after I paid him $2,000 to replace the heater core I advise everybody to look for a shop that might cost a little bit more in the long run it's going to save you money trust me. In the end he still can't fix my heater or my air conditioner so he referred me to another shop said that if they could fix it we would split the cost crazy.

Great auto repair services .... been going to them for years, they recently took care of my Beamer that had a minor issue. They always diagnose the problem, let you know what's going on and take care of you. I definetly recommend them for your auto repair needs.

Just had oil changed and they caused body damage a few grand. Unbelievable and Neil ignored me when I asked about damage. OMG!!!!!
