DO NOT recommend this place. Took my car in for lowering springs installation. 1 1/2 days later, car is delivered to me UNFINISHED. Major connection from the front damper to sway bar was NOT bolted on. Lug nuts were over torqued and loose. Passenger side spring was not installed correctly, didn't know if they installed it per manufacturer's installation instructions (cut bump stops before installing springs), and on top of that, my car came back damaged! My Brembos were chipped to bare metal and grease/oil stained onto my paint. Asked for a refund, owner said no becuase work was already done yet I had to finish the job after driving home. Owner also said calipers look like that when you take a wench to them, why would you take a wrench to brembos when they're not supposed to be worked on? With that being said, they offered to correct their mistakes but why would I go back after my car was damaged? Still waiting on a reply after stating that he would do the same thing if he was in my shoes. I mean, who wouldn't ask for a refund after being delivered an unfinished car with damages that it never had?

My car was too low for a wheel chair lift. I called A to Z and they said air shocks. Well it was worth a try and bingo it worked!!! They actually saved me a huge car payment!! I would highly recommend these guys I got my car back in the time promised! They followed up the next day to make sure it worked. It doesn’t drag the ground!! Thanks to mike and his team!!!!

After paying a 30% markup for a part, paying for an alignment, and then $300 to remove a plastic bumper, I immediately noticed the repair (new steering gear box) was so out of alignment that it was unsafe to drive. It was definitely not test-driven at all. I had this confirmed by a separate shop as well. Upon speaking with A to Z, I was told that there was nothing they could do about their heavily inflated prices, and to have a different shop warranty the faulty part they sold me. The owner of this shop is looking for a cash grab, and they’ll rip you off and let your drive away in an unsafe vehicle to do so.

If I could give a 0 star I freaking would I cannot and I mean CANNNOOOOOTTTT stress this enough do NOT go to these guys idk if those reviews are bots which I bet they are. I took my truck in to get an alignment done I had just spent thousands on buying and getting my front end parts installed so I took it to A to Z not only did they NOT fix my alignment but they also didn’t tell me that they couldn’t fix it till AFTER I paid them and one of the techs took my truck on a test drive with my secondary ground wire disconnected from my battery terminal im praying to go I don’t have any major electrical issues within the next couple of weeks but if I do they better lawyer the hell up because I got video proof as well as evidence and a shop willing to testify against them

I contacted Zach on a Thursday afternoon about getting a new timing belt, tires and break service on my 99 LX470. He got a quote put together for me by Friday morning with all of the information I needed! I had asked for a quote on two different sizes of tires so I could see what the price difference was. I was able to drop the car off Friday after work and it was ready for me to pick up by Tuesday morning. The service was fast, communication was awesome and everything is running great! I will absolutely be using them again.

I want to give a s/o to Rick and the A to Z crew for hooking me up with those new Cooper tennis🛞🛞🛞🛞 shoes for my ride. They were right on budget. 🤑 I ordered the set on Saturday, they arrived on Monday and were mounted on Tuesday morning just like we scheduled. 👌🏾It took a couple of hours, but the shop was nice and clean, and it has a nice waiting area with coffee☕️ and snacks, as well. Also, s/o to Kevin for the follow-up text after the service. You guys were awesome. Thank you so much. I'll be back for my rotation and balance.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PALCE UNLESS YOU WANT PARTS MISSING OFF YOUR CAR!!… took my Range Rover to get a oil change followed by some spark plugs changed and a coil replaced back in May 2025. According to the sticker on my windshield my oil was soon due for a change and on my Range Rover app it also indicated it still had some miles to go. Now November I decided to go ahead and just get it out of the way. I was informed that the whole bottom shield of my Range Rover was missing which is close to $200 for that part to be replaced. I called them to inform them of the situation and spoke to Michael which he said he would have his people look for it. This was a Monday called them back Tuesday afternoon because still no call back or update ( which they never have the simple decency to do) . I speak to Michael again and his response is they looked everywhere and didn’t find it, then lied saying they didn’t do a oil change just the spark plugs , but I had my paper work showing everything they did to my evoque. He then lies and says my last oil change “they never did” was in April which lied again because my paperwork shows it was in May 2025. He goes to pull up my history to try and get out of them being careless and says the carfax shows I had an oil change else where and there’s nothing they can do. Which he lied because it never said oil change it simply said service done which was a software update done at the Range Rover dealership which is done using only computers I called Range Rover to verify the steps and nothing to do with under the hood at all . Michael’s response was well I just assumed it was an oil change and has the nerve to say it may have fallen off , because you know I’m not going to hear a item that big dragging under my car or see it fall off!! A to z continues to lie to get out of paying for what they carelessly lost by repeating it’s been 6months and they can’t do anything about it indicating it’s been “too long since service” when their sticker showed the next service mileage which would be now November according to my cars mileage and the sticker, but they kept saying service is every 5,000 miles I guess contradicting their own sticker and what they wrote, their math not mine! I spoke to the owner (Rick) which also continued with the same lie that it was serviced else where and even after clearly mentioning it was a software update nothing to do with a oil change and had the paperwork to prove it!! The owner didn’t want to hear it, or take any responsibility for his mechanics carelessness. I’m upset not, so much about the replacement, but the principal, treating me like I’m a liar and don’t have the paperwork to prove it and also this shop lying at every step to get out of something they did, so it doesn’t cost them and the cost falls back on us the customer. This shop has no respect for its customers property and I mentioned that to the owner and all he simply did with a IDGAF tone was hang up on me! It was a RED FLAG when they had it back in May and kept it longer than expected, which once again had to call them to see why my car still wasn’t ready? The owner Rick even said they had to do some “test driving” which they lied saying they did last minute, but failed to realize we get notified on our Range Rover app when the car is locked, unlocked, started and driven because it tracks it in the map on the app, so save yourself the hassle and the lies from this place and just go else where. I definitely learned my lesson trying to save some money, but ended up costing me more followed by a bad experience and disrespected. I feel they did this because I’m a woman and we are the kind of customers they always take advantage of thinking we don’t know anything about cars or don’t keep our paperwork to prove and track services done on our car.

Worst place ever to take your vehicle. They worked on my car over 2 yrs ago. I paid $1,600 and 2 yrs later im still having the same issues that I paid them to fix. My husband worked there at the time and let them know multiple times that my car wasnt fixed and that they needed to fix what we payd then to fix. They ended up firing my husband shortly after. We feel like its because he was on them avout fixing my car.My husband has called multiple times after to have them fix what we paid to have them fix and they hang up on us everytime. They treat their customers and employees terrible. Please do yourself a favor and dont take your car there. Any place at this point is better than A to Z! If I could give them O stars I would!

For the life of my vehicle, I have always only put nitrogen into the tires, I made the mistake of going to Walmart and they put regular air. With the temperatures, I would have to inflate the tires so much, that if it got hot, they would pop. I was searching around for 1) someone that can use nitrogen, 2) had immediate availability, 3) able to get my tires immediately and 4) do alignments. A to Z was the only place that met all my requirements. It took a little while, but that is because they made sure they did it right. THANKS GUYS!

We purchased a vehicle on Marketplace that was in much worse condition than the sellers disclosed. In less than 3 weeks, we've had to take the vehicle to A to Z two separate times to have some issues fixed. They have been upfront in pricing, responsive, timely and professional. They even went above and beyond and repaired on some body issues (for free) while the vehicle was there for radiator repair. Hopefully we won't need their services any time soon, but we would not hesitate to go back and would highly recommend to others. Thank you for jobs well done.

Called around to several places and was quoted $130 at almost every location—and they couldn’t get me in until tomorrow. The guys here at A to Z said they could get me in now if I could get here within the hour. They are doing my alignment for $99 and Rick is SO nice. My fiancée is at work, so I asked to wait inside and Rick directed me to a super nice waiting room with snacks and a fridge full of cold sodas and a TV. Not sure why some people left 1 star reviews, but as my mom says, you can’t please everybody. Thanks to everyone at A to Z

I spent 1800 on my car to get fixed and then after they already started working on it they tell me when I’m about to come pick the car up after it’s serviced, don’t you know your transmission is going out??? I don’t know why they wouldn’t tell me before they started the work, so I picked up my vehicle after I paid them $1800 and then my car stopped working when I pulled off the lot! Anytime I called them and ask them any kind of questions or want to get my car serviced they are rude and their tone of voice they use just makes you want to jump through the phone. I don’t know why they feel the need to talk to customers in a rude manner, I would look elsewhere if you need any kind of work done on a vehicle. They also want to overcharge on everything!!!! When you can just go on rock auto and order the parts yourself and find cheaper labor, and honest mechanics willing help get you back on the road. It’s really 0 stars for me👎
