★☆☆☆☆ This is a "no star" review. I have NEVER been treated so poorly on a phone call to a business in my life! The more pleasant I tried to be the nastier the person got, spitting out that it was 7:30 in the morning. Having lived I Hawaii for 20 years, I know most people work from 7:30-3:30. If it was too early, perhaps just don't answer the phone. I am so very sorry to have to do business with this establishment, as my reservation is not eligible to be canceled. I will however, from this day forward, advise people that there is no "Aloha" here. Shameful!
