This place is the absolute BEST!!! Twice this year they have totally saved me from losing time at work because of their impressive efficiency and incredible kindness. I went to a different place for years but I am a total convert. If you’re not sure they’ll be able to help you, give them call. They are so responsive and honest. It’s the best spot.

I was looking for a place to fix my son’s car. I met Mohammed and the customer service was awesome . The service was quick and excellent. Mo is the store owner and is a very nice guy. All other shops were busy to fix my tire but he took us in even though he was backed up as well. Very cheap tire fix and great customer service. Would recommend to anyone

When I moved to Ann Arbor, I immediately looked for a mechanic I could trust. AA Quality Auto is truly the best auto shop I've ever been to! The shop is family-owned, and the people who work there are genuinely friendly and just good people. Additionally, the prices here are some of the best I've seen. These guys will typically be able to get you in same-day, and they work fast. I've been in a couple binds with my car, and these guys have literally come to my rescue! Can't say enough good things about this business and family!

My family and I take our vehicles here ALL the time. I wouldn't go anywhere else. We have only lived in Ann Arbor for 2 years and found this place last year. The owner is a great person that you can trust and they will not treat you differently or rip you off just because you are a woman or girl. Fidel has a big heart and our family has become close. There place may not look the best inside but don't let that distract you from the real reason you are there. Many of you may not stop because of this and that's a shame. What's the ole saying..."Don't Judge A Book By It's Cover". If you do, YOU WILL be missing out! They offer EXCELLENT service and fair prices. We trust their work and their commitment to help others. They have a lot of contacts they use to obtain the best parts and prices and have anyways been thorough and fast! They will try to get your vehicle back to you as soon as they can. We have highly recommended them to our friends AND our friend who has had services there was happily surprised and completely satisfied. In fact they were AMAZED that this place AND the people were everything we said they were. They don't even need to advertise much anymore because of their repeat customers and by word-of-mouth referrals.

These guys are great and they have the best customer service and prices. Chevy couldn't do anything with my car after having it in the shop for over 24 hours. Couldn't give me a timetable on completion, nothing! AA Auto took my car in the day I called, which was a Friday, and fixed my AC, by the middle of the day on Saturday. We will be back!

I stop by this morning to check the rear wheel rim cover, which was falling down after ran over a tire debris on highway. The gentleman at the shop was able to quickly untie the screw and reattach the cover. Really appreciate the professionalism and courtesy!

If you’d like to stay away from paying unreasonably high repair costs at dealerships and get the job done, this is the best repair shop in the area. I got brake and oil work done here twice and always got great service. They give great discounts and are flexible to work with your schedule and not the other way around.

Needed some help replacing a license plate. Plastic screws broke off while I was attempting to remove the old plate. I live very close to this place and had called them before for some simple help like this. They have always been very accommodating and willing to take a look at something, or, in this case, provide screws and quickly install a license plate. They didn't charge me a dime! Great service, very friendly, very helpful. We will be using their services in the future and would recommend giving them a shot if you're in need of vehicle repairs!

Honest and great service. Few bolts on my wheel were too tight and I was not able to loosen them myself (was trying to switch to winter tires). Called around town and everyone was charging me ridiculous amounts to loosen few bolts. Called AA auto repair and Mo was super understanding. He told me to bring the car in and charged me so low. I highly recommend them.

I originally went to this shop because they were close, and I could walk home. Now I will never go anywhere else. They have always been friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and professional, and they don't try to sell you something you don't need. I've driven over on the spur of the moment for minor things that I needed help with (such as not being able to get a new license plate screwed on properly) and they've always taken very good care of me. From the outside the place looks a used car lot, and the lobby could use a 'woman's touch', but the place is run by men for whom doing a good job is more important than aesthetics. It's hard to find an honest repair shop, but this is it!

I really enjoyed working with this shop. My car has had persistent AC issues and they have been great explaining what they suspect was the issue, as well as ready to try another fix when the problem continued. Overall, just really kind and helpful. The only real complaint I can think of with this shop is that I can never remember the name of it when I go to look it up! Haha. I hope to not have more car issues, but these guys will be the first that I call.
