Jeff is a great guy. Took my Camry and one of his guys Kevin did a great job fixing it at almost half the cost at the other body shop. Looks brand new. Did it on time as requested, even working on the weekend. Very down to earth and very reasonable prices and great quality.

Please don’t go here. This man that runs the shop is extremely rude and was yelling at me. He gave me an appointment for 4 pm and when I got there he told me that I am disturbing him during his “college football” time. He then started to yell at me. I did nothing to provoke him. I don’t want to use this word lightly but I am positive that he is a racist. I am a southeastern woman and I think it is because of my race that he was so belligerent. In all honesty, with the way that he was talking, I was scared that he would hurt me. Please don’t go here by yourself, especially if you are of a different race, or if you are a woman. This incident happened today and I am still shaken. I will call bad business bureau first thing Monday morning to report this incident.

We had trouble with a trailer on the highway and pulled into their empty parking lot after business hours to wait for a tow truck to recover it, since it was unsafe to drive. While we waited for roadside assistance, workers from Hawkins approached us an asked if we would need to leave the trailer overnight. We explained that we wouldn't need to leave it since we were waiting for a tow. They then threatened us if we did not give them cash for "being on their property". It was getting dark and we felt unsafe so we gave them the cash. The Hawkins staff tried to extort us in our time of crisis. I would not trust them with any of my property or business.

2 men claimed to be someone they were not, and when discovered they were lying they literally assaulted an Amazon Delivery driver attempting to deliver there - Nov. '23. A password was needed for delivery, and when not provided, it escalated to attempted battery. There were witnessed and camera footage documentation. Hopefully, lost their Amazon account! Honestly, what kind of body shop has a perpetually empty lot? One that sucks! Wish I could leave ZERO stars.

WOW! Jeff and Ed at Hawkins Auto Body are awesome. I blew a tire on my truck about a mile north and pulled off the highway into the nearest auto body shop. I was greeted by friendly faces that were more than willing to help me out! They quickly removed the blown tire (see photo), pulled out my spare, and secured it so that I could be on my way. I was in and out within 20 minutes. Friendly conversation, helpful information, and much appreciated help. Thank you so much!!
