Don’t use them, very unprofessional and incompetent. Don’t know how to run a business and it doesn’t seem like they really care. I would rather have a homeless man go try to fix my windshield before I drop my keys here ever again

Terrible customer service. Called at the beginning of August to pull interior and glass out so the body shop can paint the interior metal. He told me to bring it the last week of August Gave Steve a Called at the end of month and tells me he can't do it for another 3 weeks bc he's going on vacation and basically tells me if I don't like it bring it somewhere else.

I called and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Steve..I told him that I needed a windshield replacement..He took care of it right away..They were VERY friendly and the price was even lower than I was given other quotes. I highly recommend AAA glass and upholstery they have taken care of my vehicle glass repairs for several years now, every since safelite ruined one of my vehicles. I went to them to fix the problem that safelite couldn't and they did the job right the first time so I just go to them first now every time. They are friendly and willing to work with the customers to schedule a time that works best for you and they take good care of your vehicle when they are working on it.

I would have given it a "FAT 0 " if I could have. I paid $379 for a sunroof tubes to be zip tied. Started leaking again. I removed the headliner myself. And found that he had zip tied a single tube. Straight robbery. I trusted this place because I was referred there and never would have thought for a business that get positive reviews to actually do absolute nothing but charge me. I will be filing a dispute on my credit card .
