I had to get an air filter changed and, having placed the request in the morning, it was done by the early afternoon of the same day. I even got a good discount too. The staff surely is top-notch, excellent in what they do with experience and how they do it from a relational standpoint, and so if you have a vehicular issue of some kind I definitely recommend checking this garage out.

Twice in two weeks I have had a flat tire. Screws in the right front tire. Ryan is so helpful and kind. I dropped off my, walked to a fast food place to eat and rest. The tire was fixed. I have been taking my car to AAA on May for many years and will continue to do so.

Got an International Driver’s Permit made here and traveled to Japan, only to be denied by multiple car rental companies due to the permit being stamped incorrectly. When I returned and asked about compensation or support for the error this office made, the only thing they offered was a refund for the IDP I originally paid for. The lack of accountability and unwillingness to take further action made the experience even worse. I can’t recommend this location for IDP or any services if you need things handled correctly and reliably.

At the urge of the AAA CSR, I had my car towed to this location. I was quite impressed with the aesthetic and the interior. But mostly impressed with the guy at the car care front counter! I heard this woman complain endlessly and irrationally to him and he just patiently and kindly responded. She wasn’t angry (or maybe she was mildly upset) but she ranted and raved about the shape of her car like he had created the issue. I told him that he was a saint. So hang on to that young dude with the brown hair. Better yet, give him a raise 😊. The other gentleman was equally kind and friendly! Great staff! The staff make all the difference…
